From believing, "We should help humans; they have a lovely constitution and spending time with them is enjoyable, not to mention heartwarming." To saying, "Humans, don't they think too highly of themselves?" Isn't just an exaggeration, but a reality. The story revolves around the higher beings, known as 'The Nexus', who would love humans to an extreme, only to end up being betrayed and sealed. The story is based on how the human society is and how it doesn't take a second for some people to abandon others, but also the opposite. Yet, faced with the fact that despite providing all types of help, they were being used and their powers trying to be replicated, the Nexus is now on an unchanging mind over destroying humans, from all dimensions.
