Even if Lucia's mother existed, she never played a part in Lucia's life. The actress and model pursued her career for the sake of beauty, but instead of ending up with a lovely pearl necklace, she ended her life with a rough rope around her neck. Before Cicia could even feel lonely, she was pulled through a painting into another world. A voice gave her the important job of turning a green-haired creature into a human! Or at least making it more like a human. Who knows what the future holds for them? It can't be that hard to teach a human-consuming child to behave properly. But the good times never last. Turns out while Leo was sleeping the world it's greatest fear yet and the invasion was coming in fast, so humans utilised the hibernation drug Leo's father made[Dr Halsey] and left the planet with only a billion humans and then nuked the earth. Hoping to kill off these mutants by they had only added to their problems and made it worse. Truly the phrase best fire with fire went badly for humanity as the creatures started to gain supernatural and unexplainable powers, tabbing into their greatest potential while they started to copy human looks. As Leo is awoken, he is faced by two choices, either to become a formling hunter and join the race to get back the country or refuse and keep sleeping until he is awoken into the further future, where earth are saved by formling hunters. What will he choose?

Deep within the forest, many enchanted creatures live and prosper. This is all due to the magic of the fairies, which gave each creature the ability to speak and reason like a human. As a result, many nations rose and waged war with each other. To stop the chaos and form peace, the Olanders, the most ancient of creatures that could walk on two legs and speak the human tongue long before the fairies wrought their magic, began to spread their influence and reign to the borders of the forest. Its only foe was the Wolves, vicious monsters that haunt all woodlanders' nightmares. But they are steadily gaining power, and the Olanders grow desperate. Enter Severus, a young Dog with no real purpose or future, whose entire life is filled with just his dead-end clerk job. He wishes that he could somehow break free from his empty, monotonous existence and live life like all those around him seem to do. But when that wish is granted by a chance encounter with an Olander Army Commander, Severus finds he can not only break free of his dull life, but also break free of his own restraints to find friends, love, courage, and maybe even happiness.

I'm not sure exactly where this story will go, but if you want a story that isn't one of those harem, power fantasy type stories, then you've come to the right place. The only hope I have is to bring a story to life; not just about fireballs and whatnot, but also about the life, scenery, and people of a fantasy world. Idk if that sounds cliche, but that's the general idea I have for this story. I'll modify that statement to better explain this whole shebang as we move along. I'll also be developing the world, too; it'd be pretty awesome to have something on the side, like a bestiary type list of creatures and plants and materials, people, cultures, and whatnot--something along the lines of a fictional 'The Travels' by Marco Polo. My minimum word count per chapter is around 1,200 words. Of course, word count will vary between chapters, but 1,200 is just the minimum I've created for myself. That number will probably grow as my writing skills develop and I find my 'writing voice'. This is a complete passion project I've started again in the midst of a very busy time of my life; I can't promise any scheduling, but nonetheless, I think it'll be a fun ride for all of us, if a bit bumpy lol.
