Isaac loved to read spending all of his free time reading and learning. His dream was to be able to work in a library but was unable to afford the years of college to achieve that dream. He worked at a grocery store making minimum wage and barely scraped by. All of that changed when he received a package in the mail. When Hobart reached the deepest part of the enigmatic library, he heard the slimy sound of thousands of tendrils brushing against the pages. In this eroded world, humanity lives amidst the remnants of pollution left by the Old Gods. Hobert soon discovered that the library's collection was far beyond what any mortal could withstand: pages from the "Necronomicon" surged with black blood inside a glass jar, the script of the "King in Yellow" grew fungal fuzz on the pages, and even a crimson single eye throbbed in a jar on the forbidden shelves of the seventh section. "Superpowers? Just a side effect of glimpsing the truth." But each superpower gnawed away at his sanity. Crisis followed crisis: the burgeoning tumor library in the subway tunnels, the "Worm Codex" that wrote the fates of the living. When Gu Yuan finally unraveled the deepest mystery, he was met with the awakening of R'lyeh from light-years away. "Welcome home," echoed three hundred voices across the library's dome, as the shelves began to seep seawater, and all the books flipped their pages simultaneously, producing a sound no human vocal cords could make... By the end of 23rd century, Earth civilization reached high technological level, while facing serious social problems. Resources became scarce following humanity growing in number five times in comparison to early 21st century. Despite scientists coming with various ways to save the world, including colonization efforts, degradation continued. Number one candidate for colonizing - Mars - required 300 years to be fully terraformed and only selected people could live under domes. Humanity needed a more solid plan - one that would bring results and bring them sooner. Following continuous surveys of space systems, a planet similar to Earth has been found - two times bigger than humanity's home, this new discovery was a true breakthrough. However, more detailed researched showed that about 20% of the planet is taken by an alien megacity surrounded by a powerful force field. New information caused a huge uproar among scientists involved, especially after no signs of life encountered and no response to various means of communication. After several years of observation, the city was considered abandoned. Having analyzed the data, numerous governments agreed on a joint effort to send and expedition to reveal the turth about the city and establish the very first colony on that planet. With the biggest ship made of five modules, over 5,000 strong crew set off on most important mission in humanity's history. John Marlow, a scientific officer and one of many deployed for the expedition, sets on a journey which will challenge his knowledge about the Universe and humankind's origin.

This story takes place in an another world, Zeruthia. It is a fantasy world that includes human, elves, beasts, monsters, demons and spirits. As the story progress, Kael travel around the world, make new friends, encounter new and powerful enemies and discover new places.
