Meg Backrooms

Vigilante Fairytale

"Why bother throwing the man in the sea when you can just burn him and bury him deep into the forest?" Nic asked as he stood behind a man who was in front of a lot of computer screens. "What are you talking about?" The man didn't even look away from his computers when he asked indifferently. Nic draped his arms on the backrest of the sofa. He crossed his leg over the other and said, "I wouldn't be surprised if Meg would one day come here skipping happily to arrest you," He was looking at the screens in front of him until his eyes landed on the screen that shows the very woman he just mentioned. "She would definitely be happy to arrest me but she won't," Before Nic could ask why he was so confident, Timothy turned around to face him without standing up and asked, "What do you want?" Nic didn't even hesitate and straightforwardly said, "We want in," Timothy's eyes darken. "We?" He asked. "Me and Mason," Nic replied. "No," Timothy instantly answered and then turned his back on Nic to continue doing whatever it is that he was doing. "Why do you want to do this?" "I know that you are doing this because of what happened to your mother in the past and I believe in your purpose. We want to seek justice in our own way," Nic said. "This is unlawful," Timothy just said. "Since when did we abide by the law? Have you forgotten that we have our own rules, our own laws? Heck, we even have our own punishment and prison cells. You of all people should know that because you have been taking advantage of it since you were ten," Nic said. ********************************************** Nic, Mason, Daxon, and Matthew grew up together. Since their parents were friends, it was understandable that they grew up as friends as well. In fact, they always joked that they were friends before they were born. They care for each other. They look out for each other. They would kill for each other. Their bond was so deep that they always have each other's back. To the point that they would support and keep each others crimes. They were rich, smart, and powerful. Not to mention they were all good-looking young men. Everyone knows that. But not everyone knows the crimes that they were hiding. No know would know...no one should know. Except for their women. But the problem is...how are they going to tell their women that they are vigilantes who torture and kill criminals without making them run for the hills? Because if there is only one thing they fear...that is losing their women.

“Aoi! Aoi!” Yunho says as he holds his son in his lap with excitement. The three old giggles as he claps his chubby hands together as he stands with his chubby legs on his father's lap looking at the huge flat-screen television. “You see momma!” Yunho says as he holds his son upon his lap as they are in the backroom of the stadium watching Jaejoong perform. Fumikomu ze akuseru Kake hiki wa nai sa sou da yo Yoru wo nukeru Nejikomu sa saigo ni Sashihiki zero sa, sou da yo Hibi wo kezuru Kokoro wo sotto hiraite Gyutto hiki yosetara Todoku yo kitto tsutau yo motto Saa Yunho grins at his son’s excitement and he then looks at the television and he closes his eyes for a bit as the grin never leaves his face. “Look at my pooch shine,” Yunho says under his breath as he removes Haru from his lap and sits the child next to him. Iki isoide shiboritotte Motsureru ashi dakedo mae yori Zutto sou, tooku e Ubaitotte tsukandatte Kimi ja nai nara Imi wa nai no sa Dakara motto... haruka kanata “Let’s go see momma backstage, Aoi,” Yunho says standing up and Aoi shakes his head with excitement and he jumps off the couch. Yunho puts on a pair of black sunglasses and he then grabs one of Aoi’s hands and leads him out of the backroom. They then start walking down an empty long hallway quietly as they make their way to the backstage area. Yunho walks with his eyes closed one hand holding Aoi’s and the other in his black fitted pants pocket. Yunho keeping his eyes closed hears another pair of steps other than his own and Aoi’s walking towards. Yunho slowly opens his eyes to see Changmin walking towards them with his lead guitar around his back and his hands stuffed into his pants pockets. Yunho smirks and he closes his eyes and continues to walk, and it was like time had stopped in slow motion as they passed each other. Changmin opened his eyes just a bit and he glanced at the child that Yunho is holding hands with.  A small frown graced itself upon Changmin’s face as he gazed at the child making Yunho smirk even further. Yunho then stops and Aoi looks at his father with confusion as to why they had stopped walking. Yunho then crouches down and he whispers something in Aoi’s ear and the child smiles as he runs ahead. Yunho then turned to fully look at Changmin and he slowly takes off his sunglasses to reveal his sharp hazel eyes. “Mhm, I see you recognized in knowing your place,” Yunho says under his breath making Changmin frown deep on his face. “You don’t love him- “Changmin starts but Yunho interrupts him. “And you do?” Yunho says with a light chuckle. “more like someone to please you the most,” Yunho says looking at Changmin with sharp eyes. “And like you didn’t do that as well. You don’t love Jaejoong you just want him around for your fucking ego…You only love yourself.” Changmin says with matching sharp eyes. Yunho shrugs his shoulders. “That’s funny because it sounds like you are describing yourself.” “You bastard,” Changmin says under his breath lowly. Yunho shrugs his shoulders again. “Call me what you want to cause in the end he came to me.” Says Yunho and with that he puts his sunglasses on and turns. “Ah, also you see whose's genes are the strongest,” Yunho says smirking as he knows he done hit a nerve in Changmin, and he starts walking away.

diary of the Backrooms

In the interstices of existence, where cosmic threads fray and dimensions converge, I, a weaver of improbable narratives, present to you a chronicle—a mortal flung into the Backroom, that dimly lit dimension where the remnants of shattered realities coalesce. Here, fragments of forgotten worlds gather like dust motes, and the air hums with the echoes of vanished civilizations. Level 0, they call it—an innocuous designation for a place that defies mortal comprehension. Imagine, if you will, a labyrinthine expanse of corridors, each stretching into infinity. The walls, a mélange of peeling wallpaper and faded paint, whisper secrets to those who listen. The floors—uneven, warped—yield underfoot, as if bearing the weight of countless footsteps across eons. Our mortal protagonist, nameless and bewildered, awakens here. His senses, attuned to the peculiarities of this realm, detect the faint scent of mildew and the distant drip of water. His diary, a fragile tether to sanity, lies open before him—a canvas for musings, observations, and the cryptic comments of otherworldly beings. The Backroom, you see, is no mere curiosity. It is a cosmic timepass—a diversion for entities like myself, who traverse the multiverse with idle curiosity. We fling mortals into its depths, like dice cast upon a celestial board. Some arrive willingly, seeking answers or escape; others stumble in, lost between dimensions. And so, our mortal scribe begins his entries: “I wake up in this strange place. The walls look weird, like they’re bending in impossible ways. Is this some kind of dream? I hear faint voices telling me to find a crimson door. But where is it, and what’s on the other side?” Dear reader, your role is pivotal. You, a transient consciousness, can shape his fate. Offer hints, cryptic riddles, or dire warnings—the ink of your comments seeps into his reality. Will you guide him toward salvation or plunge him deeper into the labyrinth’s heart? And thus, the tale unfolds—a dance of choices, a symphony of uncertainty. Mortal, immortal, and everything in between—we are but threads woven into existence’s grand tapestry. So, dear reader, what say you? Will you aid this lost soul or consign him to oblivion?
