But they are not alone.
Far across the mortal world, an empress makes a pact with an angel, bearing a child shaped by divine law. In the decaying lands of demons, a king’s hatred invites an angel of rebellion to bear another child, one destined for destruction. And in secret, two archangels violate sacred edict and conceive a third soul — a child born of balance, to stand between salvation and ruin.
This child is Hector.
