El mundo de CartoonLand es un mundo de lleno de caricaturas, que viven en paz y tranquilidad. Sin embargo, existen entidades capaces de trasgreder esta paz, rasgando la realidad misma. El detective Duke Mcduckwell junto con su amante/novia metalera extrema Yakuza Kaede Kushida y sus compañeros politicamente incorrectos para encontrar a la mente maestra que volvio loco a su padre e indirectamente causo la muerte de su madre.
