Charlotte never knew that such small reassuring words from this man was exactly what she needed to wash all her troubles away and make her feel a million times better. This made her realize that she was not alone in this and that Rowan was with her in every step that she made. Charlotte wondered why it was only him who could make her fell this way and make all her troubles go away and that is when it hit her, he has never called her by her first name.
