The original company that built these ingenious machines were quickly shut down and burnt to the ground after humanity proved once again that they're at the top of the chain and won the war. Unlike the previous company the androids this new company provided were marketed as personal companions or if necessary caretakers. The humans were in both scared and in awe, on one hand these new androids managed to mimic human behavior nearly perfectly and were able to learn based from experience. On the other, their behavior were way too accurate for literally everyone's comfort zone... and so people began to dread about a second AI war.
