Utopian System

"Mana to breathe, mana to eat, mana to fucking live," Inhale: -0.001 MP… oops! You're out of mana points. (Pay-to-breathe RPG.) Humanity's last walled stronghold. _____ In the world Elio lives, every gasp of air comes at a price. A floating indestructible book for every human, a magical system that turns survival into a pay-to-breathe RPG. Here, poverty isn't just being broke, it's choking. Surrounded by barren land and a sea of monsters on top of it (No water, just literal monsters), each day is a suffocating dance of survival, a balancing act between mana for air and mana for food. In this economy, holding your breath isn't just a game, it's a retirement plan. Driven by desperation (and the city's miserly rulers that don’t cut anyone a break), Elio dives into the Book System’s trials to save his family. Along the way, he unlocks powers he didn’t ask for and starts to figure out... Who he really is. Immerse yourself in an adventure where one young man's stubborn refusal to become a statistic could spark a revolution. Who knew being a pain in the system's rear could change the world? Because in Elio's world, breathing is just the beginning of the revolution and... he's gasping for change. But hey, who said saving the world had to be all doom and gloom? Join Elio as he kicks monster butt, uncovers ancient secrets, and maybe, just maybe, figures out how to grow a tree or two along the way. __________ Warning: May contain traces of world domination, an unhealthy obsession with the periodic table, damage points, progression math, and yes, even a sprinkle of that old "power of friendship" magic. Because sometimes, you need a buddy to help you remember which element does what or even help you calculate those sweet, sweet stats. A quick heads-up: Despite what the cover might suggest, this isn’t a hack-and-slash adventure. Think more along the lines of a turn-based RPG, where strategy and choices matter as much as action. Get ready for a different kind of challenge! If you want to know more about the cover: Yep, that's our first FL crying and crossing the transparent barrier straight into a pixelated, indistinguishable sea of monsters. Because why not mix emotions with chaos? She's crazy like that! (Not really... or is she?) Discord to check the visuals: https://discord.gg/W3CjfC2cw4 I’m still working on it in the little moments I find between writing, editing, making more character images, etc. Little by little, we’ll have a Poked... uh, a full SummonDex! Meanwhile, you can check out the ones on Fandom with their... funny descriptions? Or at least I hope so... orz __________ Happy New Year! I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for all your incredible support. This journey wouldn’t be the same without each of you, and I’m beyond thankful to have you here. May this new year bring you joy, success, and all the things you’re hoping for. Here’s to a brighter future! Thank you for being part of this story. Cheers to 2025! Thank you so much for reading! Beyond The Eternity: Rise of the Forsaken

{WSA 2025 Entry} A cool Eastern Fantasy with a a totally unique plot... Just the start is a bit different... Badass MC, and a Completely UNIQUE system! (Not ur avg cheat ones!) Have some trust and read the book :3 ***** Lionheart... The bloodline of the once most powerful clan of knights, a lineage so formidable that even gods fought for their loyalty. But over time, the bloodline diluted, its strength waning with each generation. The Lionhearts, once revered as paragons of might, faded into obscurity, becoming nothing more than a relic of the past. Eventually, they fell so low that they joined the ranks of beggars, a shadow of their former glory. Amidst this desperate struggle to survive, only one child of the Lionhearts remained alive... Davey Lionheart, a frail nine-year-old boy forced to beg on the streets but carrying a heart of kindness and purity. One miraculous day, after 7,000 long years, the pure bloodline of the Lionhearts awakened within Davey. The power of his ancestors, thought to have been lost forever, burned brightly once more. This awakening caught the attention of Aria, the Goddess of Light, who had once protected the Lionhearts. Aria tasked Davey with a divine mission... to slay the demon lord destined to plunge the world into chaos. With the blessings of the strongest goddess and the might of his awakened bloodline, Davey rose to the top of the world. By the age of 19, he had become the youngest and most powerful knight in history. His kindness was boundless... he devoted himself to helping others, spreading the name of Aria, and claiming nothing for himself. But this kindness became the seed of his downfall. In the climactic battle against the demon lord, Davey triumphed but at the cost of his right arm... It was a sacrifice he made to save his comrades. To a knight, the loss of their sword arm was equal to losing everything. Davey, the world’s greatest hero, was now powerless. And the world only worshipped the strong. Those he once saved... the comrades he protected, the woman he loved, and the commoners he gave everything for... turned on him. Even the goddess he had worshipped and sacrificed for scorned him. Betrayed and abandoned, Davey wandered the world for four long years as the fallen knight, enduring ridicule and humiliation. His end came in the most gruesome way. Betrayed by those he had once saved, his limbs were severed, and he was left to be devoured alive by wild beasts. Even in his final moments, Davey prayed to Aria, hoping the goddess would extend a hand of mercy. But his prayers fell on deaf ears. In his last breath, betrayed by the people he cherished and the goddess he worshipped, Davey’s soul burned with rage. The knight who once lived to save... now desired only to kill. But karma is impartial. It represents the Balance of everything after all. Fate intervened, granting Davey a second chance. In the void between life and death, he was given a choice... - Join the Divines. - Embrace the Demons. Loathing the gods and the people who betrayed him, Davey chose the demons, vowing to destroy everything he once served. But to his surprise, he woke up in a completely different world where qi cultivation and longevity reigned supreme. A strange, eerie energy lingered in the air. Hovering before him was a peculiar, glowing window with letters slowly forming... [Connecting to the host...] But he who had been betrayed once by everything he held dear did not trust anyone... not even in the face of death. Davey refused the system’s help, instead, chose to pursue invincibility with his own strength. Seeing this, a certain entity smiled, and another window appeared... [The System will not appear unless the host calls for it with all his heart.] ***** 2 chapters everyday!

Monster Hunter: Auros

His eyes snapped open. Sounds of wildlife were all around him, and they became rowdier as he felt his consciousness returning to his body. His back was propped on something hard and uneven. Reflexively, he sat up. His eyes were immediately scanning his surroundings in a slow motion, seeing only overgrown forest in every direction. His eyebrows raised majestically as he found that he was lying down in the middle of a clearing, vine-laden trees enclosing the space. A sudden premonition struck him. Patting his clothes and pockets, then his whole body, he sighed in relief. Nothing had happened to his body. His limbs were intact, as was his head. The thing he had stored in his pockets was nowhere to be found, but he was in one piece. Considering what he had gone through, it was a miracle that none of those things had eaten him yet. Checking his vicinity one more time and finding no immediate threats, he slowly stood up, eyes vigilant against movement among the trees and their branches that entwined the sky above. The air was full of the sounds of birds. The canopy swayed restlessly over him as those small creatures hopped from one branch to another. He recalled what they were: Anothraxes. They weren’t a threat when they were alone, but once they congregated on a single hunter, they became C-level dangers. He had to stay hidden as he moved if he wanted to avoid the critters. Fortunately the ground was endorsed full with lush undergrowth, some of the plants reaching heights that could hide his body even if he only slightly bent his knees. Deciding what he needed to do, he made to dive into the conevenient natural cover for hunters, when his feet struck something that was hidden under a bush. It made a dull cluttering noise, like metal striking against ground. As he looked at his feet, he saw a familiar handle-like object. It was only one part of an item, and the rest of it was gone. He crouched low to retrieve it but felt slight resistance. Comprehending, he used his free hand to break apart the bramble while the hand holding the broken item tugged on it. “I wouldn’t do that if I were you.”
