A Police Detective is assigned to the a case which no officer could yet solve, so the detective starts looking into An oraginsation called Red Clover Corporate or RCC. The detective stumples across the Red Hooded Figure himself, the guy who is accused of destroying entire businesses by himself, these same businesses were always weirdly shut down by the government and police force for undisclosed reasons. Who is this Hooded Figure? Why is he doing this? What is he planning next?
