Nine-tailed fox is a popular Chinese mythical creature found in folklore. According to the tales passed down by generations, they have an exceptionally long lifespan. When male foxes reach the age of thirty, they have the ability to transform into human form, using this ability to attract women when visiting the mortal world.
However, they have no good intentions. Using female mortals and later on making them their prey. In this case, a narcissistic mythical nine-tailed fox called Hu Xian. He is the prince of Huang Tian Heavenly Capital.
He dated many female mortals upon attracting them and absorb their souls when they are asleep.
He was sent to mortal world for thousands of years, by his mother as a punishment for taking unnecessary lives. The mythical fox then chanced upon, Xiao Qing, a mortal girl who lived in the mountainous area of Xuan Dong village.
In his fox form, she picked him up during one night of the blue moon while he lay asleep on a stone. As days unfolded, they turn from enemies to lovers, transcending the boundaries that separated their world.
However, Hu Xian’s mother, a powerful force in the Heavenly Capital, became aware of the connection between her son and Xiao Qing.
She ought to employ cunning methods to hurt Xiao Qing.
Due to Xiao Qing’s misery, a server from the Heavenly Capital suggested that the two seek help from the Gods of Ice, Water, and Fire, who reside in mystical places. Now, they must plan ways to find and gain the approval of these gods.
The immortal and mortal realms come into a climactic struggle, testing the strength of their love and the resilience of their bond.
How would their fate end up after all?
