Trevor Mcdonald

BURNING IN HIS LOVE FLAME

“You can not escape from me Tessa.. Your mate was foolish enough to let you out of his sight, I'm not that foolish!” the Lycan king growled at her, stalking toward her with his soft and firm steps, his dark eyes on her. Tessa watched in fright as he moved toward her, his full muscled, naked, sexy and tattooed body scaring her. She moved closer to the door of his bedroom, sweating and panting even as he got closer to her, knowing fully there was no escape for her but she still tried. With one easy pull, he grabbed her waist to himself and carried her effortlessly back to his already rumpled bed, one of the scariest places in his mansion; he always have her whenever he wishes to, just like now. She screamed in pain as she landed into his bed, without any hesitation he slammed his sweaty and naked body into hers, without wasting another seconds, Alpha Shane parted her already trembling leg with his knee and thrust his hard cock, deep and mercilessly into her inner core. She held onto the sheet and tried to hold back her pain and tears but she couldn't in no time she was wailing loudly and begging for help. Like usual, the monster in him arrived whenever he's having her, he became deaf and dumb at once and wouldn't back down until he had satisfied his anger and darkness. And tonight doesn't seem like it would be ending soon, he just caught her talking to her mate and had instantly gone crazy, it's been seven hours since he dragged her angrily into his quarters in his fit of rage. Darkness was calling unto her and she immediately reached for it, fainting in his arms, but she knew he wouldn't back down still and true to her last thoughts before she fainted he didn't back down or stop. Tessa's life wasn't as complicated as it is now, the Lycan king wanted her for himself, bought and claimed her as his own, calling her his cure and only way out of his curse and darkness. Also her mate who had rejected her horribly, locked her in prison for a whole year is after her, pleading and begging to treat her right. She doesn't want any of them as she had already given up on love when her father and mate; Alpha Trevor betrayed her trust and shattered the meaning of love for her. Will she escape the Lycan king's possessive and dominant love and cure him of his darkness, like he seems to believe, is there a chance for them? How will her mate fight to get her back, can he win against the powerful and scary Alpha king?, would he be able to convince her to trust him again after his betrayal and hurt he made her go through?

Login Rewards at a Post Apocalyptic World

After transmigrating over, Bick had activated a login system in a post-apocalyptic world. There was a variety of rewards whenever he logged in every day. Food: from McDonald’s set meals to gourmet food cooked by Michelin star chefs. Weapons: From bolt-action rifles to Star Destroyers that rampage through the stars. But those were just the basic rewards. Enigmatic creatures such as beautiful vampiric ladies and golden dragon mounts could be obtained through logins too! Most importantly, consecutive logins were rewarded by huge gift packs! Weekly, monthly, seasonal, yearly... the more Bick logged in, the more rewards he gained. There were mysterious rewards during festivities too! While everyone struggled to survive in the post-apocalypse, Bick was feasting and drinking away. "You were a global star? Was she a famous international model? Look at you people going hungry... want a hamburger?" "What?! A mutant behemoth is attacking?" Bick snapped his fingers, and a squadron of F-22s that blanketed the skies bathed it in missiles. "He enslaved an army of several hundred thousand survivors to attack me? Emily, go turn him to your blood slave!" Turning into bats that blotted out the skies, the vampiric lady charged towards the enemy's base. In an instant, every enemy was reduced to ashes without the power to retaliate! Thanks to the help of his login system, Bick was living easy, comfortable, and elegant days in the post-apocalyptic world. The login system was that delightful!

My Sentinel System

"What is the best way to solve a conflict?. Negotiation? Forgiveness? Kindness?. All of these answers could probably be the correct answer but if you ask me the best way to solve a conflict is by being the strongest man in the room. In war and all throughout history the weak are treated horribly while those who are strong are treated like some sort of legendary figure even if their just a guy who barely knows how to fight. In war the winners get to decide what is right and what is wrong even if they are wrong just because they are stronger. That is why you must never let yourself become a victim of strength by being weak" A quote by Ryu the grandmaster of the sentinels. The great holy war begun in the year 9999 when humanity entered an era of world peace and was able to achieve faster then light travel. So they proudly launched their first ever exploration ship to try and explore the stars but it wasn't even a week after the ship left our solar system when it was torn to shreds by another ship belonging to a violent race known as the vulcans who had already conquered a large chunk of our galaxy. Thus the war between humanity and Vulcans begun as the vulcans began invading humanity with their monstoruous superhuman strength while humanity fought back with their advanced technology. Yet not even even humanity or the the vulcans could prepare for what happened next. The sky turned a pitch black color even though it was the middle of the day as a pitch black portal of unknown origin appeared around the sun and beasts and demons straight out of a nightmare fell from the sky like meteors which terrified both human and vulcan alike. In only a week these demons were able too kill over one billion people and as a result this day was nicknamed "the dark day". Despite being surrounded by both demon and alien threats alike humanity somehow was able to keep on fighting for over 300 years even though their advanced technology could only kill some of the weaker beasts as some of the stronger demons were able to wipe out an entire armies with a single attack. Yet every day humanity lost more and more territory by the Vulcans who used their superior tactics to catch humanity off guard while demons and beasts fought with demonic levels of strength. But one day in an explosion of light an energy an army of soldiers calling themselves the sentinels completely wiped out an army of elite demons and shortly after their arrival humanity began to develop "home screens" and magical abilities granting them superhuman abilities and the leader of the sentinels a man by the name of Ryu began to lead humanity through countless bodies. Its been a century since the great holy war between demons and Vulcans and humanity has been able to repel both the Vulcan and demon threat. And now humanity has entered an era of magic where the strong rule the weak. But when a strange martial artist named Trevor decides to do things the old fashioned way how will his actions change the world?.

egg and I .... winning the heart

1946, Betty McDonald’s whimsical autobiography was as popular as baked beans; now it’s almost completely forgotten, but, tellingly, still in print. Alas, after an hour or two with The Egg & I, it was excruciatingly obvious that Betty McDonald’s book is not a classic. On some weeks, there might be as many as five competing challenges for each nonfiction slot, but rarely as straightforward as this. Literary classics cluster on the north face of Parnassus. For this vertiginous terrain there are different sherpas. Italo Calvino says that a classic is “a book that has never finished what it wants to say”. Ezra Pound identifies “a certain eternal and irresponsible freshness”; TS Eliot, much more astringent, observed in The Sacred Wood that “no modern language can hope to produce a classic, in the sense I have called Virgil a classic”. Alan Bennett wryly notes: “Definition of a classic: a book everyone is assumed to have read and often thinks they have.” Among nonfiction classics, the most treacherous category is that creature beloved of publishers – “the contemporary classic”. A second cousin to that notorious impostor is the “instant classic”. Such books will have been judged by slippery criteria: popular and literary critical fashion, a changing marketplace and new technology, bestseller lists and hype. In the past 100 years, a familiar palette of blurbish adjectives has given shape and colour to a moving target: provocative, outrageous, prophetic, groundbreaking, funny, disturbing, revolutionary, moving, inspiring, life-changing, subversive… a portrait of sir walter raleigh wearing a brocaded and beaded doublet The 100 best nonfiction books: No 99 – The History of the World by Walter Raleigh (1614) Read more This list raises another troubling question: is nonfiction “the new fiction”? There are some good writers who will argue that this is so, but I believe that nonfiction (which can sometimes successfully bring together many genres) is not, strictly speaking, a genre of its own. Creatively – yes – using narrative techniques borrowed from fiction, it’s possible to give certain kinds of nonfiction the aura of a distinct new genre. Yet, at the end of the day, “nonfiction” fractures into time-hallowed categories such as philosophy, memoir, history, reportage and poetry (see below), etc. This is particularly true of “nonfiction classics” from the 18th and 19th centuries, titles such as A Treatise of Human Nature by David Hume or On Liberty by JS Mill. By that yardstick, a recent classic will be quite distinct, chiefly because its literary and cultural milieu is so different
