That's where the true "super-cinema" lies. Good anime is unmatched in its ability to tell emotionally resonant stories and deliver dynamic action. Anime creators are free to push boundaries. But still, it's a powerful example of the story started as a simple eroge and converted to a deeply emotional cult film.
