Plot will mostly stay the same (at least till Shippuden), but I won't repeat any scenes/dialogues that took place in the manga (as I'm assuming you've already read it). This central theme of the inevitability of destiny is masterfully weaved around other issues in legal jurisprudence and philosophy that border around the flourishing of human life in our contemporary society.
