But, on an otherwise ordinary afternoon, he finds himself with his equally eccentric friend, Ragna, pondering life's oddities over cheap coffee and greasy food. Blinking, they suddenly find themselves somewhere ... utterly bizarre. The air feels primal, the surroundings raw and ancient. It's not long before they realize they’ve somehow warped back to prehistory. Tempest of the Stellar War

He received a genetic score of 28... completely disqualifying him from applying to military college! He helped deliver a friend's love letter... and fell into a lake becoming infamous for dying for love! His very first gift... warped him into a brutal training simulation! However he perserved through all these trials! Our Dear Student Wang Zheng has finally started his lucky(?) university life! This is the song of a blood boiling and exciting storm! The most ferocious and heated mecha adventure around is finally here! TL Note: This is a novel about doing the impossible, seeing the invisible. Follow along for a ride across the universe! TL;DR: Not Shakespeare, not complex, but fun and easy to read. Come support! As the translator, I've enjoyed translating this novel and I hope to bring the essence of what the author has tried to portray into the chapters you will read. To sum it up in 3 words: Mechs! Explosions! Science! To be perfectly honest, this novel is about your typically overpowered protagonist who does get looked down from time to time but always overcomes the odds with his own special power. He's abit more mature having grown up on his own and just a littttttttle bit dense. Although it always ends up with him winning, it always happens in an interesting (subjective) and fun way that makes me enjoy reading this. The novel has elements of lighthearted comedy from time to time and I do chuckle at how direct the humor is. It's not as smart as say WMW nor does it weave an intricate story much like Ergen's novels. More importantly, its fun and it doesn't try to hide it.

Sanguine Mythmaker

Alaric Ashford considers himself an author. Relentlessly bullied and tormented throughout his youth by both schoolchildren and his cold, semi-abusive parents, he retreated into a lonely, reclusive existence, his small world shrinking with every year. Once labeled a "gifted kid," Alaric developed a warped sense of self—a mixture of arrogance and deep self-loathing—believing he’s destined for greatness, even as he despises the bleak reality of his life. His parents' deaths were orchestrated by hitmen, hired by a psychopathic bully from his past, someone who took pleasure in toying with him like a predator stalking its prey. After their murder, Alaric dropped out of college and now spends his days shut inside a dim, cluttered apartment. His life is a cycle of inactivity, filled with nothing but endless procrastination and the dwindling cushion of his inheritance. Alaric convinces himself that success will come eventually without effort—after all, hasn't he suffered enough to earn it by now? But when the universe is suddenly integrated into the vast and mysterious multiverse, and an omnipotent system begins to reshape reality itself, Alaric is forced onto a new path. This unprecedented event could push him to finally take action, to break out of his isolation and connect with others. Or, just as likely, his arrogance and disconnection from reality could lead him toward a swift and inevitable ruin. One thing is clear: Alaric will forge his own story, crafting his own myths and legends—no matter the cost in human lives—as he steps into the role of a Sanguine Mythmaker.

Eli's Otherworldly Echo

...something felt off. Despite the warmth of the celebration and the thoughtfulness of my friends, a strange unease settled over me. The journal in my hands, while beautiful and personal, felt like a key to something deeper. A weighty reminder that even with all the laughter and joy, there were layers beneath my ordinary life that I had yet to uncover. I opened the journal and flipped through the blank pages, wondering what I could possibly fill it with. As I reached the last page, a folded piece of paper slipped out. It was crisp and unfamiliar, not something I would have expected in a brand-new journal. Curiosity piqued, I unfolded it carefully. The note was handwritten in neat, flowing script: _"Your life is about to change. The key is within you, but you must remember who you are first. Happy birthday, Eli. You are more important than you think."_ A chill ran down my spine as I stared at the words. Who could have written this? How did they know I’d get this journal? The sense of unease that had been gnawing at me all day surged forward, wrapping around my chest like a vice. Suddenly, the classroom door creaked open, and I looked up, startled. Standing in the doorway was a figure I didn't recognize—small and frail, with long, dark hair cascading down her back. Her eyes, large and sorrowful, locked onto mine with an intensity that made my breath catch. For a moment, the world seemed to still. The air around me grew heavy, and the soft light filtering through the windows dimmed as though a shadow had fallen over the room. Her presence was haunting, almost otherworldly, as if she didn’t belong here—or maybe, as if she belonged more than anyone else. She took a step forward, her lips parting as if to speak. And when she finally did, her voice was barely more than a whisper, but it echoed in my mind with the force of a revelation: _"I'm sorry."_ With that, the room seemed to warp, reality blurring at the edges. Darkness crept in from the corners of my vision, swallowing the confetti, the balloons, the remnants of the party—until all that was left was the girl, the journal, and the strange, foreboding feeling that my ordinary life was about to be shattered forever. And then, everything went black. --- This is how it began: on what should have been a simple, forgettable birthday, I found myself thrust into a mystery far greater than anything I could have imagined. The note in the journal was just the first clue—a breadcrumb leading me toward something I could never have expected. Whatever this was, whoever this girl was, one thing was certain: my world had shifted, and there was no turning back. I was Eli, and my story was just beginning.
