Side Jobs To Make Extra Money

The Extra's Transcension

For as long as he could remember, life had always been cruel. A young man in his early twenties—his name now lost to the past—was dealt a life filled with misfortunes. A cold, empty apartment, a soul-crushing job, and, finally, a terminal diagnosis. With nothing left to live for, his only comfort had been escaping into the fictional world of Path of the Elemental Sage, a story of heroes, magic, and survival. But fate had other plans. When death finally came for him, he didn’t fade into nothingness. Instead, he awoke in the world he had only read about—a world of chaos and danger where death lurked around every corner. The air smelled of magic, the sky was filled with possibilities. {«[Status Window]»} [Name: Lyrium Blackwood] [Age: 16] [Rank: D-] [Skills: None] [Elements: None} At first, confusion filled his mind. Who was Lyrium Blackwood? Why was he here? And why did this body feel so different? But as his memories returned, so did the realization: this wasn’t some blessing or second chance. He wasn’t reincarnated as the protagonist. No destined savior. No cheat abilities. No grand fate. He was just another mob, a face in the crowd meant to exist and die without leaving a mark. But this young man—the one who had left his old name and life behind—wasn’t the kind of person to roll over and accept his fate. “This world is dangerous. The protagonist isn’t the only one fighting for survival here,” he muttered, his red eyes deep and sharp. Unlike the naïve characters in the story, he knew the stakes. He’d read the web novel. He’d seen the carnage, the betrayals, the disasters that wiped out entire cities. And if there was one thing he refused to be, it was a pawn in someone else’s game. “I don’t care about glory. I don’t care about saving the world. All I care about is surviving—no matter what it takes.” Lyrium Blackwood wasn’t planning to live quietly or avoid danger. The only way to survive in this brutal world was to rise to the top. To be strong enough to stand above both heroes and villains. Using his knowledge of the story’s events and his iron will, Lyrium sets out on a relentless path to surpass the protagonist. Whether through clever manipulation, brutal training, or sheer desperation, he’ll climb higher and higher, leaving nothing to chance. But the deeper he gets, the more he realizes that this isn’t just the story he once read. As fate pushes him closer to the heart of the narrative, Lyrium begins to suspect that his reincarnation wasn’t an accident—and the world itself might be watching him. “I don’t care who or what stands in my way. If the story wants to kill me, I’ll rewrite the ending myself.” ---------------------------------- I apologize for any mistakes in this story, as it’s my first attempt at writing a novel. ---------------------------------- Chapter Update Schedule: (5/7) ---------------------------------- As the story has been vetted, readers can support me with Power Stones: PS – Power Stone 100 PS = 1 Extra Chapter 200 PS = 2 Extra Chapters 300 PS = 3 Extra Chapters ---------------------------------- Special thanks to @fallen_angel_26 for the amazing novel cover art, which I modified by changing only the hair color. :) ---------------------------------- Join the discord server to discuss about the novel with other readers and Author. Syndromic Astraclysm: The Extra- Syndromes Makes Me Evolve Endlessly

"Have you ever wondered why Syndromes exist?" The voice was calm, almost conversational, but the weight behind it was crushing. "They say the universe is alive, that stars are cells and galaxies are tissues. And like any living thing... it can get sick." He exhaled sharply, gripping his chest as if that would steady his spiraling thoughts. "Syndromic Nemesis… You’re telling me the universe has cancer?" The figure before him chuckled. "A fitting word, isn’t it? When Syndromic Energy festers, it turns monstrous. The balance must be maintained, or the infection spreads." He gritted his teeth. "And the monsters we kill—?" "Symptoms. Existence correcting itself. But tell me… what happens when a disease fights back?" A long silence. "You’re talking about Euoniams." The air felt heavier, reality bending as something unseen stirred. "They were never just mistakes. They were inevitable. Born when Syndromic Energy collapses in on itself, feeding in an infinite loop. They have one desire—return to their pure state." "And if they succeed?" The figure’s expression darkened. "Then we see what happens when the syndromic energy rewrites the body." He inhaled sharply. "You mean no one knows?" "No one can know. Even the Syndromes—the first, the omnipotent—are incapable of thinking about it." The sky above fractured, spiraling apart like peeling flesh. Something writhed within the cracks—something wrong. "Didn’t I tell you?" The voice was quiet now. "You never should have come here." ----- (Author's note) this book can't even be compared to a stone but you must have in your life pick up a stone in your way to throw it. Just do the same for this. This could be a total waste of time for you... And there are gonna be references about some 'Auhors' and their 'Novels' Aria is the queen

OLD-WORLD EXTRA

{Check out my new novel, Misunderstood Villain: Heroines Mourn My Death} 'Born In Ruins' was a forgettable read. That was the only way Emir could describe the pages of the novel he had found himself reincarnated into. The young man barely knew anything, but the snippets he had recalled only caused him unending sorrow... As what awaited him was only tragedy and an early death. It was a depressing story, one that he had planned to flip on its head—all for his salvation. — In this post-apocalyptic world, monsters fought humans and cyborgs in a battle for survival on a scale greater than ever before. A world where innocence and death were a luxury, where the line between heroes and villains was razor-thin. Within its expanse, 'Ancient Clans,' 'Galactic Federations,' 'Factions', and 'Corporations' presided over colossal 'Ruins' that dwarfed the concept of life itself. Survivors of the 'Third World War' continuously dove into the 'Old World,' 'Hunting' for 'Relics' in any ruin that they could find on Earth, desperate to reclaim 'Lost' technology, to stand a fighting chance against the inevitable. But it appeared that 'Earthkind' had met their match. …However, Emir would never allow that fate to take its course. — Emir unraveled layers of the tale and realized the truth of the world. He acquainted himself with the rules of this game before it fully consumed him. And now... no longer content with mere survival, he sought to dominate over the very fabric of this unforgiving universe. Emir shall rise from the pawn he once was, seeking to unravel the mysteries that hounded him. The boundaries of 'Aether,' his father’s disappearance, the noose hanging above his family’s head, and of course… his starless destiny, a fate he longed to control. This pursuit would earn him the epithet: "Prince Of The Fallen." ---------------------------------------------- *Tags: Reincarnation ;), Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Magical Realism, Academy (Volume 3), Romance, Apocalypse, {Anti-Hero. Villain.} *Expect this novel to start slowly; it begins ramping up at the halfway point of volume 1. *The Magic System is introduced at the end of volume 1, read my review and Auxiliary chapter for more on that. *Warning: The main characters have emotions like proper humans. So don't expect your usual emo kid as the MC and come complaining later.

An Extra’s Tale

"Compassion. Tell me, what is compassion? Is it a virtue? Or a weakness? A sign of naivety, or wisdom? Or is it one of those ideals that treads the line of ruin and preservation, an unfathomable ideal who's understanding surpasses the mortal mind; only being truly understood by the gods. Mortals struggle with it, wielding compassion like a sword from which they use by holding its blade not handle..." Growing up Reshi never lived a good life. His life had either been bad or worse, or sometimes just bad waiting to happen. Then it ended. First his family died, then he was killed. Then he got slapped by a deity, and wacked into the world of his new favourite novel. Here perhaps you maybe thinking he was living a life of riches. Was he the main character? Was he living a life of riches and joy? Was he gifted cheats and powers beyond belief? Was he a cool extra, loved by others and leading a simple life, only being unfortunately dragged into the plotline due to his outstanding morality, which he constantly denied having. Well, partially. He definitely wasn't loved. Not when he transmigrated into the body of Arthur Gravewalker. The Son of the Duke on the modern world of Pandora where humans settled after leaving Earth hundreds of years ago. He was a minor antagonist, not even one that appeared in the main story, with at least a couple of chapters outlining his villainous ways! Or even a small montage of the protagonist struggling against him before something like the power of friendship defeated him. No, he was some antagonist used to spice up the past of one of the main cast during a flashback scene in the book. Did he have time to change what the old Arthur had done, saving himself and the main cast some serious trauma? No. He was transmigrated right in the middle of being punished for his crime. Where, he’d exit the book, to live a life of eternal misery in repentance and give the readers some definite satisfaction. So peace was a thing Reshi wouldn't find even in this life. No, he'd have to work for it. Fight for it, give everything he had to suffer and claw to strength. He’d have to kill for it, so that one day. Far, far away. For the first time in both lives, he might actually get to live in peace.
