Breaking Through the Grey
Yuto’s life feels like a loop he can’t escape from—same routine, different day. He’s caught up in his own thoughts, barely caring about anything. But then there’s Aiko, his bright and bubbly friend who’s always there, trying to bring some color into his gray world. She’s fallen for him, and even though he can’t see it, she’s determined to break through his walls and reach his heart.
Aiko won’t give up easily. She’s there by his side, pushing him to get out of his shell, making him smile when he least expects it. Their friend Asahi watches it all, throwing in his own playful nudges, convinced that something more is blooming between them. Yuto, though, is torn. He doesn’t want to drag anyone into his struggles, especially not Aiko, who deserves so much more.
As they go through their days together—awkward bus rides, shared lunches, and those little moments that start to mean everything—Yuto begins to wonder if maybe, just maybe, he could let himself feel something again. But will he let Aiko in and allow himself to love, or will he keep her at arm’s length, too afraid to give his heart away?
