Zero Luck Transmigration
"Fortune favors the bold," they said.
Perhaps he was a coward.
Even if Kian screamed at the top of his lungs that the universe hated him, no one would believe it.
After a life of pure disappointments and tragedies, he was convinced that he wasn't blessed with an ounce of luck. He worked harder than anyone, analyzed further than anyone. Yet, fate refused to acknowledge it, handing the fruits of his labor to another.
But he didn't give up. "As long as I'm alive, there's hope," he always told himself.
Then he died.
At that point, he wasn’t even surprised when a truck with failed brakes accidentally veered straight toward him.
What surprised him was the fact that death wasn't the end.
When he opened his eyes, he found himself kneeling before a goddess searching for a hero. Kian, clearly unfit for the role, was discarded and thrown into an unfamiliar world—a place that reeked of death. A world that had long since forsaken by gods.
He had no divine blessings, no weapons, no cheats, no overpowered skills, and most of all, no knowledge of this strange world.
He had endured misfortune for as long as he could remember, believing that the higher power above—whatever they were—would see his perseverance and reward him in the end. But after discovering that even the divine had abandoned him, he made a decision.
He would use everything he had to survive.
And one day, he would give this world that had forsaken him what it deserved.
