Wandering Knight Too Angry to Die

In the shadowy depths of an ancient forest in Heian Japan, a nameless European knight finds himself inexplicably transported from his homeland to a realm unknown, hundreds of kilometers away from the familiar landscapes of Europe. Lost and bewildered, he stands amidst the towering trees of a foreign land, his armor gleaming like a beacon in this distant time period. As the knight grapples with the enigma of his sudden displacement, he soon discovers that this world is teeming with malevolent forces, demons, and spirits drawn from the rich tapestry of Japanese folklore. They torment him, as if toying with the interloper who has unwittingly stumbled into their domain. Each encounter with these supernatural entities becomes a harrowing battle, his sword clashing against the eerie, otherworldly forms that emerge from the shadows. Yet amidst the chaos and danger, a ray of hope emerges in the form of a mysterious shrine maiden. She becomes his guide in this realm, her gentle presence a lifeline in a sea of unfamiliar customs and an impenetrable language barrier. Together, they embark on a quest, not only to confront the demons that have ensnared him but also to decipher the ancient mysteries of Heian Japan. Their journey takes them through a world of vividly painted landscapes, from the bustling streets of Heian-era Kyoto to the serene tranquility of remote mountain shrines. Along the way, the knight gains a deep appreciation for the life of the common folk in this ancient East Asian society, as he witnesses the delicate interplay between Shinto and Buddhist practices and becomes entwined in the cultural tapestry of the time. As the battles against the malevolent spirits intensify, the knight's quest for a way back to his European homeland becomes deeply personal. The demons have not only transported him across time and space but have also tampered with his very existence. Determined to reclaim his lost identity and return home, he must muster every ounce of courage and determination, forging an unbreakable bond with the shrine maiden.

The Fisher: The Fallen bird, that thrives to ascend the clouds

Komba, a Rameshwaram fisherman, was reborn after his sudden death into a world where humanity resides in suspended space. In this unique world, children must fight, plunder and kill each other as they grow older for resources. Even still, only those with exceptional skills have the potential to become legendary fishing masters. Every life in the boundless sea is given a sacred purpose. There are flying fish, turtles enriched with worldly essence, and whales capable of consuming heaven and earth. Among them are countless fishermen. Fishing is considered an art form. An old proverb goes: "If you can't fish, you might as well be bait." However, Komba refused to accept this and instead sought to change the people around him, rather than changing himself to fit into that world. *** The main character may initially appear lacking in ambition, but as the story unfolds, this perception will evolve. At the start of the novel, there might be some information overload, especially in the first 50 chapters, but this will not be the case in subsequent chapters. As a new author, I may unintentionally engage in info-dumping again. Feel free to criticize and guide me to improve the story. Your feedback and opinions are valuable in shaping the narrative of this web novel. Your investment in the story is greatly appreciated. While the novel draws inspiration from (The God of Fishing), expect to see differences as the plot progresses. Avoid comparing the two, as it may highlight flaws in this book and affect your reading experience.

Let’s be Proud to be This Bird

One day, Venta bought a book to spend his free (boring) time in his small rental room alone. Unfortunately, the book, he bought was actually BL and the story was extremely distressing. He felt so regretful after finished the story. However, Venta fell in love with Moonlit's (the MC of the original story) face greatly. Then he transmigrated into 'THAT' book! Regardless of that, he wasn't even a human being, he was just a shitty baby bird that died early in the story! Venta didn't have time to feel depressed over his situation, he immediately focused his attention on finding a way to survive as well as a method to saved pitiful Moonlit from those mischievous psychopaths (the ML of the original story). The final solution, he came up with, in order to save his small life and changed Moonlit's fate, was to ask for help from one of the psychopaths, The Mad Lord! Venta was really wanted to separate all the ML from MC completely but he had no power to do so. He knew his plan was the best (rotten) strategy but he was still prayed every second for everything went smoothly without him dying on the way. Geez~ Life is full of unpredictable things. Even now he became a bird, he couldn't take it easy. Every moment was a survival game in this new world. Venta was ready to turn everything upside down as long as he and his beloved Moonlit could survive together. ***** Mad Lord: If you loved Moonlit so much, Shall I present you, Moonlit in pieces, for your birthday's gift? Silly Bird: ...ah! His madness actives again. My Lord, what did I wrong you again? Please show some mercy on this small insignificant bird Mad Lord: Nothing Silly Bird: ... (⌒_⌒ ;) In bird's pure mind: Nothing, my ass.
