This question comes to Eizit's mind as he witnesses something that makes him put his First Opportunity to Live in danger. But it'll be fine, right? After all, that is not his Last Opportunity to Live, and no one would make that mistake 8 times in a row... Right?

This novel is what I'd like to call a Hero Action Drama. It focuses on heavily on its characters and how this futuristic, but grounded world affects them. TW: Heavy, non-graphic violence, T-rated language. Some intense traumatic topics will be referenced such as torture, abuse, and human trafficking. A warning will be placed before such a scene takes place.
