Bloodborne: Andante of the Dead 9

* * * The Synopsis will be in the Glossary* * * * * * This is my first novel and I don’t expect it to be good since I’m just starting out and doing this as a practice test. So please read my story and critique it. I want to know what I did or am doing wrong and how to improve or what to learn from it. I am well aware that my story would never get close to a 9 since I’m new at this, but I’m at the very least aiming for a 7 or a 7.5 rating. I am more than willing to accept criticism, and I understand if I wrote something stupid, but please don’t give me an overly negative attitude about it. * * * – 「Authors Notes」 - I will do what I can to keep chapters around or over 1500 words per chapter. - Since I am new and have a job, I will do my best to hopefully complete at least one chapter within two or three weeks until I improve and can hopefully reduce that time. - As a new writer, I will definitely make a lot of mistakes, so I would definitely appreciate it if you could help point out if and when I make grammatical errors, contradictions, and retcon things. I will try to go back and fix my mistakes on my own, but I would appreciate it if you could spot me on them as well. - I plan on having a semi big cast of characters. I understand that multiple POVs can be annoying and ruin the story or pacing or both so I promise to do my best to focus solely on my big 3. - One thing I really liked about a popular anime I liked was how they included bits of information, such as abilities, unique equipment, enemies, locations, and other details about the world before and after the short commercial break so I plan on trying to have some short notes/information about the world at the bottom of some chapters. Though you can also find them in the bloodborne wiki or YouTube videos. * * * Thank you for choosing to read my novel, I hope it's something you look forward to reading * * *

The Illusionist System: Call for Tricks

[Congratulations!! You are now a Level 1 Illusionist.] Eric Grey has always been at the bottom of the food chain. As the weakest member of his clan, he’s endured years of ridicule, bullying, and being treated like a nobody. With no special abilities, no powerful guardians, and no clue about his missing parents, Eric’s life has been a constant struggle. The only thing he has to his name is a rusty, seemingly useless locket left behind by his family—a locket he’s never been able to figure out. But everything changes when a near-death experience triggers the locket’s hidden power. Suddenly, Eric is thrust into a world of illusions, tricks, and secrets he never knew existed. The locket awakens his latent ability as an Illusionist, a rare and mysterious class that bends reality itself. However, becoming an Illusionist comes with a catch: the path to mastery is filled with danger, deception, and enemies who will stop at nothing to see him fail. Now, armed with nothing but his wits, a handful of beginner-level illusions, and the cryptic clues hidden within the locket, Eric must navigate a treacherous world of power-hungry clans, ancient secrets, and deadly trials. From the shadows, he’ll rise, using his illusions to outsmart, outmaneuver, and outplay everyone who ever doubted him. But as Eric climbs higher, he begins to uncover the truth about his parents’ disappearance—and the dark forces that have been watching him all along. Will he master the art of illusions and claim his place at the top? Or will he become just another pawn in a game far bigger than he ever imagined? "In a world where power is everything, the greatest trick is surviving long enough to master it."

Bloodborne Paradox

The world did not end with a meteor or disease—it ended with evolution. One day, humanity was gifted. Some could tear open the sky, others could twist the fabric of existence itself. But instead of a golden age, these newfound abilities plunged the world into anarchy. Nations crumbled, cities fell, and civilization shattered under the weight of its own power. From the ruins, a new order emerged. The Global Administration took control, declaring that only the strong would rule. Those who refused to submit—the Outcasters—were driven into the husks of old cities, lawless wastelands filled with rebels, exiles, and monsters of their own making. And from this chaos, a new event was born: The Dominion. A brutal tournament held every four years, where only the strongest Gifted could compete. To win, one must fight their way through an Outcaster-infested city, battling both the damned and their own ruthless competitors. Victory grants not just glory, but a chance to challenge the reigning World Administrator for ultimate control. Kazuki Enshō, however, is no contender. In a world where others summon storms and bend time itself, Kazuki’s power is laughable—weak, insignificant, useless. Forced to scavenge and survive on cunning alone, he is nothing more than a ghost in the ruins, a nameless survivor. But Kazuki refuses to be forgotten. He refuses to let fate dictate his end. Because within him lies something darker, something far more dangerous than the gifts that shattered the world. And when it awakens… The apocalypse will learn fear. ---Author's first novel release 1-2 chapters daily (depends on the author's mood)

A Fallen god's Re-Ascension

"Lost my powers and memories... that's absurd but becoming blind? Sheer bad luck!" That was what Met́́ha Dael thought at first, till a sharp reversal brings the odds tumbling on him. And all this escalates when his direct rival – the Emperor of the Underworld, goes missing in mysterious circumstances, the exact same day he reincarnates. ——— After been betrayed by his leige, the once powerful seraph god succumbs to depraved poisoning, but a last second act saves his life, subjecting him to the barest possibility; rebirth. He reincarnates into a just murdered body, creating the first need for suspicion. But he ignores that, poising to live that much desired life, but another anomaly disrupts, meddling into the life of a peaceful respawning God. Determined to find ultimate peace, Met́́ha Dael, now Mori, transcends into a dormancy...a state he has sworn not to attain, in his mission to find self fulfilment. The anomaly graduates into a wave of calamities, that stretch to the very ends of the realms. Threatening to destroy the balance Dael had died to ensure. But that can't happen under his watch. Mori navigates into a maze of untruths, dangers even for a rusty god, mystery and age long dark secrets that precedes even his time. Finally, due to his inadequacy, the tumult escalates into a full blown apocalypse, that will eventually engulf all. Mori uses his half scaled divinity, to recover his lost assets and find the mystery villain behind the shadows. Will the fallen god make it back to the top and put things right? Or will he fall prey to unstrange stalkers again? —————————— This is a book open to all subjective criticisms. All errors are free to be pointed out. Whereas if you think the book recommendable, please do well to gift with whatever you have. A reminder…just a budding writer's creation.
