So those who are blessed with extraordinary powers are seen as blasphemies. When a person receives the abilities, they are seen as threat whether they like it or not. Some who want to be citizen have to through the registry, where they serve their country to gain status of citizenship. These individuals are labelled as 'Infected'. However, a blind young man with a strange power roams the regions of the Obstacle like country helping people, solving mysteries as he hunts those burned his sect and home.
