These people are known as psychos due to them discriminately killing others for enjoyment. Strat is a mix between a psycho and a normal person because he can do normal things but in some moments he can turn into a psycho. And due to this, this is what caused his death. But he was regressed back into the past due to a god that granted him a system. After the alarms, sirens and nuclear warnings, Kai wakes up in an empty white room. With no idea what to do, he just waits for anything to happen...hoping something will happen.
