Fire Giant Wlden Ring

Making fire

Life was tiring, I wanted so much to be free of everyone. I wanted to hold on to what little happiness I remembered walking through the woods. The feel of the crisp air when the sun broke into dawn, the way I felt the trees come alive as I wondered through them, how quiet everything was. But now I’m married. To the most unpredictable man I had ever encountered. But there is something about him. The way he moves, eyes sharp and narrowed watching my every step. I always felt as if he were hunting me, and maybe he was. I could never get away from those peering eyes long enough to enjoy a moment to myself. He was always there, around every plan of escape, every thought of silence, every time I even thought of a life away from him. No doubt due to the binding ceremony that was performed. The only request I had about the ceremony was that it needed to be performed by a priestess but my father wanted HIS personal witch to bind Tristan and I. Once my father ordered you to do something ‘not one person disagreed’. I did not mean to think so ill of her but I can not help this feeling that she may have added a little spell to the ceremony. If I could only speak to her, I have not seen her since I left my brute of a fathers home. I could always ask Sheri-Tristan’s second wife. Yes. I’m the third wife of this man I call husband. But Sheri was witch born before being turned by Tristan. She had the most beautiful violet hair and matching eyes. Where as I had bright auburn air with green eyes, the only thing I kept of my mother. Sheri could help me find out if I am under some spell so I can get Tristan out of my head long enough to leave his kingdom. She hated me so, I believe it is due to Tristan not informing both of his wives that a third was going to be arriving. And that was me. If I was going to ask her for help it had to be now, I have my awakening ceremony tonight. It will mark 3 months since our wedding and as accustomed with Tristan and his coven, 90 days was the mark a bride had to wait to be judged by the collective to be accepted. Tristan assures me that I will be accepted and he will turn me tonight in the hues of the blood moon that was to be eclipsed. I did not want to be turned. I was human. If I was turned I’d loose my humanity and become full vampire. The same thing happened to Ava-Tirstan’s fist wife. She could not handle the lust and killed a few members of court. Some human but some halflings like Sheri. I did not want to kill. I shuttered at the thought of taking the life essence of another living being. I did not want to live in this manner. I only pray that Sheri is in a favorable mood this afternoon. Here I stand, outside her door. I had been standing here for about 10 minutes. I needed every help I could to escape my marriage. Yet, knocking on her door was the most exhausting thing I have been doing since I arrived here 3 months ago. “Here goes nothing.” I said out loud as I finally knocked. “Entrer” She was quite demure when she’s not in a mood. I might have a chance of gaining her help after all. One look my way and her mood was already changing. “YOU!” —maybe not………….

I was the lost one. " You don't speak or,..." . I paused as he made a step forward.         "Me, lost.....". He finally spoke. My eyes were so opened with shock, hearing his voice. He had a calm yet strict voice It was so beautiful I thought he was singing.     "OH! Sorry, I thought you were lost. Besides, If your not lost what you doing In a dark cave with a creepy glowing creature". I looked at his creature as It perched on his shoulder.         He then opens his cloak and smiles. "Pardon, but Violet Is not a creature she's a friend". I looked at him with a puzzled expression. 'Who takes a creature as a friend?'. I thought to my self.         He stepped closer again, with just two step from me. "If you knew where you are, one would know thee who speaks out to the unknown". He spoke with his hands crossed behind his back.         I looked at him confused. What did he just say?. He was giving me more questions than answers.       "I don't have time for this I need to get out of here. My sisters might be looking for me". I said as I tried looking for a way out but, the only way out was to jump back Into the dark pit.           My heart jumped Into my mouth,as I almost fell into the pit again.         "It seems this fair maiden wants to die Immediately". As he smiles with pleasure, like he was mocking me.         "Can I be of some help". He asked politely, for once. I just froze up In fright, as I was not sure of who or what he is. "Come on, I don't bite". As he smirks dubiously.         I hesitated for a while, but I finally stepped a bit closer, with our nose almost touching. It was either I follow this beautiful essence, or die here In this creepy cave.       He pulled me with one hand, as his other hand was gesturing something, like he was performing some kind of jazz or voodoo I thought. I thank God I wasn't close to the little light. Cause It was at his right shoulder.         He suddenly closes his eyes. And like that.... , we were going through the cave walls like ghosts. His other arm was placed behind his back, as he just closed his eyes like he was dead.         I just watched his gawking appearance. His shining white hair, that looked like he cleansed them In a star, his light skin with no sign of scratches, marks, he was just smoothed by just looking at him, his lips were heart shaped with glistering effect, like he uses lip gloss.         I was just jealous looking at him. He finally opened his eyes. "We're here". He alerted all forgotten me. I released my self from his hold, as I saw my sisters calling my name. I was so relieved. I turned to thank him but, he was gone. N.B Cover not mine, from Pinterest. * No rape *

WHISPERS OF FIRE

Whispers of Fire – Synopsis In the kingdom of Solaria, fire is feared and forbidden, its destructive power outlawed after an ancient war nearly destroyed the realm. Eira Solren, a quiet village healer, harbors a dangerous secret: she can wield fire. When an accidental display of her abilities during the annual Burning Festival exposes her, Eira was arrested by the queen’s soldiers and brought to the capital. Queen Lenoria Vale, a cunning and ruthless ruler, sees Eira not as a threat but as a tool to further her dark ambitions. The queen seeks to awaken a dormant fire elemental, an ancient force of destruction, intends to use Eira’s rare connection to fire to control it. But before she can be manipulated, Eira is rescued by Kael Rhyder, a rogue mercenary with his own shadowy ties to the queen. Kael delivers Eira to a rebel faction led by the charismatic yet enigmatic Aedric Stormfell. The rebels are fighting to overthrow Queen Lenoria, but their cause is complicated by personal ambitions and internal betrayal. Aedric sees Eira as a weapon to turn the tide of the war, while Kael is determined to protect her from being used again. Meanwhile, Eira begins hearing cryptic whispers from the mysterious force within her—the Whispering Flame. It offers guidance and power but demands sacrifices she doesn’t yet understand. As Eira struggles to master her abilities, she becomes torn between her growing bond with Kael and her uneasy alliance with Aedric. Kael’s stoic exterior hides a painful past as a former royal guard who betrayed the queen, while Aedric’s charm masks a ruthless determination to use Eira to further his rebellion. Trust is fragile, and Eira finds herself caught in a dangerous web of lies and half-truths. When Eira learns of the queen’s plan to awaken the fire elemental, the stakes are raised. If unleashed, the elemental could destroy not only Solaria but the surrounding kingdoms as well. The rebels prepare for an all-out assault on the capital, but divisions within their ranks threaten their mission. Aedric’s betrayal is revealed when he attempts to use Eira’s power for his own purposes, forcing her to rely solely on Kael. As the queen’s forces close in, Eira begins to embrace the Whispering Flame fully, unlocking powers far beyond her imagination. But the Flame has a price, and Eira must decide how much of herself she is willing to sacrifice to save the kingdom. With Kael by her side, she infiltrates the capital for a final confrontation with Queen Lenoria and the fire elemental. The battle culminates in an epic clash of wills and power. Eira faces the queen and the unleashed elemental, drawing upon every ounce of strength and courage to turn the destructive force into one of hope. In the process, Kael sacrifices himself to protect her, revealing his love for her in his final moments. Broken but resolute, Eira defeats the queen and binds the elemental to her will, bringing peace to the kingdom. However, the victory comes at a cost—her connection to the Whispering Flame leaves her changed, and she fears the power that now lives within her. But in a twist of fate, Kael is miraculously revived, his life tied to hers through the bond of the Flame. Together, Eira and Kael vow to rebuild a broken kingdom, ensuring the destructive power of fire was never used for evil again. As they look to the future, the Whispering Flame’s soft murmurs remind Eira that the battle for control is never truly over. Whispers of Fire is a tale of love, betrayal, and redemption in a world where power burns brighter than truth, and destiny whispers in the flames.
