After hours of questioning, Jackson takes some time to think and then says something that surprises Brakos. Jackson requests to be reincarnated in a magical world with three powers: the ability to summon spirits and form contracts with them, the ability to use special abilities contained in books we create together and to be reborn as a Primogenitor—a being capable of creating and leading a new race. Brakos stands speechless, wide-eyed, making sure he heard Jackson's request correctly. Brakos looks at Jackson, smiling to himself, thinking that he may have found someone capable of surpassing his expectations. To most, it will look like he is taking notes about an existing race but in reality, he is changing the race itself.
