Own Love Story Book

DEATH'S OWN

Born with an unusual birthmark, the shape of a skeleton’s head with rose patterns round about it on her neck, many believed she would only bring bad luck to those around her. This belief was solidified when two of her suitors died unexpectedly right after a visit to her home. Such a thing should come as a bother to any woman but the same could not be said about Nyx. She didn't care if the beliefs about her were true or false. She never liked any of her suitors. Her heart had always been longing for a certain man whom she was very familiar with in her childhood but ceased to appear before her the moment she entered adolescence. Since she knew him one thing was very certain about him, he was not human since he never aged. Not even once. Believing he would one day come again, Nyx was prepared to wait until the day they would meet again. But not everything goes as planned. Having a sickly mother whose only wish was to see her daughter get married and an influential suitor who didn't mind the deaths around her, Nyx soon found herself married off and her mother passed away leaving a father who dreaded her existence and a husband she never loved. **** From a distance he watched her grow, keeping his distance from her, staying within the shadows. As she aged slowly into adulthood, the mark on her neck became more prominent and so was her scent. He wanted her to grow, but when she finally came of age, he thought she would be better without him. But as time wore on and other men began to show interest in her, he could not hold back nor could he let them have her. He discarded those who had an interest in her but one of them slipped through his fingers while he was away and took her. He waited to see if she was happy with her life, with that man, if she was, then he would let her be. She would be able to live a happy life this time unlike the previous one, but everything changed when the forces from the underworld learned of her existence and her connection with him. Her husband was killed which he permitted and her life was in constant danger. Keeping the distance was no longer an option and he once again appeared before her.

Oh, it will also sometimes be changing from 1st person to 3rd person in the chapters i just thought it would make more sense in those different forms of writing. Also i promise the story is much better then the synopsis. I SWEAR I DIDN'T MAKE THAT THE NAME OF THE MCs HOME ON PURPOSE, I just realized to late, as in 40 chapters late. My bad Average word/chapter = 2.2k #LGBT+ #FANTASY #SCIENCE-FICTION #OVERPOWERED #SLIGHT-COMEDY #SLIGHT-ROMANCE #MYSTERY #SLIGHT-HORROR #HAREM

In the first year after being sold off, you were lucky to have been placed with a wise cellmate. Although she was only 1 and a half years older, she had been here for a very long time. If not for her you would have ended up in the pile of bodies at the back of the farthest confinement unit long before you were able to be sold. After only 2 months with your new friend, her time to be sold off had come. She came to the cell excitedly, to fetch her belongings before finally bidding her goodbyes. Her belongings consisted of nothing, she had only used that as an excuse to come back and tell her little cellmate the exciting news. "He's so handsome and tall. He looked at me with eyes full of intrigue and passion!" Exclaimed Joelle, her cellmate. "I knew the day would come, he is a kind man as to even let me make one last trip down here, don't worry, Evalie. Someday, you will be bought and taken away from all of this by a handsome prince just like me. But for now, just hold tight and keep doing as I've taught you over this past few moons, I will always remember you, my evalie. Stay safe princess."those were the last sane words you ever heard come out of joelle's mouth. After only a mere month with the "handsome prince" Joelle was returned to the establishment, only the person that returned was but a mere shell of what her Joelle was before she left. The girl was only 16, but just in the course of a few moons, she had all the life and will to live sucked out of her. That man not only stomped one girls dream to be saved by a Prince Charming but it was actually two girls who had their hope extinguished and soaked in an endless flow of cold harsh water. Unfortunately that was the harsh truth slaves had to face. Wether you become a simple servant, to even a torture doll for your master to take out his frustrations on, you are a slave. That is your place. You must know it and abide by it, always, forever.

My love story turmoils

In the quiet solitude of my youth, I believed I had found love. Like many others before me, I was captivated by the romanticized notions that society painted on the canvas of my mind. I thought love was just an exhilarating feeling that would electrify my senses and sweep me off my feet. Little did I know that true love was a journey, one filled with tumultuous storms that would test the strength of my heart. It was in the depths of my longing that I met her, the girl who would forever change the course of my romantic journey. Her beauty was a mesmerizing blend of grace and innocence, a sight that easily bewitched any onlookers. I found myself falling head over heels for her, only to have my heart crushed when she confessed her love for my friend. The realization pierced through my soul, leaving behind a deep ache that seemed impossible to heal. Life, it seemed, was determined to teach me the art of resilience. Time after time, I found myself facing rejection from the girls I admired. Each rejection carved another scar on my already battered heart, fueling a growing fear of never finding the love I desperately craved. But even amidst the pain, I refused to give up hope, for I knew that one day love would find its way to me. In an unexpected twist of fate, I found myself caught in a delicate web of emotions. It was a time when forbidden love seemed to whisper in the wind, tempting my heart towards a forbidden path. In an act of desperation, I treaded on shaky ground, taking a step too close to my cousin's lover. She claimed their love had faded, and in a moment of weakness, I almost succumbed to the allure of her presence. Yet destiny intervened, allowing me to see the consequences that awaited, saving me from a love that would only lead to further turmoils Amongst my circle of friends, my lack of a girlfriend became a constant source of amusement. They teased and jested, their joviality masking the hollowness that echoed within my heart. Their words stung, reminding me of my own perceived inadequacy. But even in the face of their laughter, I refused to surrender my belief in love. A desperate desire to fit in coursed through my veins, compelling me to create a façade. I pretended to have a girlfriend, painting a vivid illusion to satisfy the expectations of my peers. Behind closed doors, I concocted fictitious tales of love, while my true emotions remained hidden beneath a mask of pretense. I traded the authenticity of my heart for the illusion of acceptance. Deep within the recesses of my soul, I loved love. Its enchanting allure captivated me, winding its way through the corridors of my mind. But fear, born from a series of heartbreaking experiences, anchored my heart in self-doubt and hesitation. I yearned for love, yet the weight of my past burdens made me wary of opening myself up once more. My dreams of finding love were plagued by an ugly truth - bad luck seemed to cling onto my every endeavor. Every girl I admired was already taken, their hearts belonging to another. It felt as though fate itself conspired against me, forcing me to bear witness to love flourishing everywhere around me, but never within my grasp. Despite facing a love-stricken journey, I sought solace in the comforting embrace of a different passion - football. I dedicated myself wholeheartedly to the sport, pouring my energy into every kick, every goal. Football became my sanctuary, shielding my heart from the potential pain of love. It was a bittersweet refuge, providing a sense of purpose while still leaving a lingering ache for the love I yearned to find.

My Own Paradise

two main male characters: Claude, a modern-day witch, and Eden, a Nephilim. Even though they are completely different from one another, they are ultimately just the two sides of the same coin. Hundreds of years have passed since the war ended between the Nephilims and the humans. Eden, being the last of his race, had received punishment from the Archangels for their transgressions. Therefore, he had been doing nothing but obediently carry out his punishment, since what else could he do with his inescapable fate? Until ... PACK! Eden turned to see an unfamiliar man against the window, squinting at him. His ivory hair was dripping wet, well actually he was drenched from head to toe as if he went for a swim and forgot to bring a spare change of clothes which made his current clothes stick to his body and outlining his muscles. His pinkish eyes squinted hard at Eden for a few seconds before recognition sets in. "YOU!" He pushed himself off the window and went towards the entrance all while Eden was trying to place the crazy human in his head and the next thing he knew the man grabbed hold of his arm, ignoring some humans in uniform telling him off for getting the floors wet and dragged him out of the place. ────୨ৎ──── please dont judge the cover ;; its made from canva. socials: @aresclothovt at twitter!
