Hero Killer: The Shadow
Hero Killer
Synopsis
In a world where superhuman abilities, known as Kore, are inherited through bloodlines, Jin-Woo is born with a power that seems weak and insignificant compared to the overwhelming abilities of others. His older sister, Yoo Ara, is a rising hero, shining in the spotlight with her radiant abilities. Meanwhile, Jin-Woo struggles in the shadows, overlooked and dismissed by everyone, including his sister.
But when Jin-Woo accidentally gets caught in the aftermath of a battle between the most powerful hero of the generation, Kang-Woo, and a dangerous villain, he discovers that his Kore, the power of shadows, holds far more potential than he ever realized.
Though Kang-Woo is invincible and revered, Jin-Woo sees the darker side of the hero world. Disillusioned with the corruption and hypocrisy within the Hero Association, Jin-Woo becomes a vigilante, hunting down corrupt heroes and villains alike. Armed with his growing abilities, he steps into a world of shadows and danger, determined to carve his own path.
As Jin-Woo’s powers evolve, he uncovers a secret organization known as the Obsidian Order, a group with ties to forbidden Kore experiments and shadowy figures that could change the fate of the world. Now, he must choose whether to fight for justice in his own way or to succumb to the darkness that calls to him.
In a world of heroes, villains, and shadows, Jin-Woo is neither—he is the Hero Killer.
