Methylcobalamin Vial

Under the Lycan's Spell

Gabrielle Lockwood's aspiration for a quiet life with her test tubes and vials takes a turn for the worse when she becomes the target of a group of werewolves due to her research. So, when the handsome Sebastian offers to protect her, Gabby finds it hard to turn him down. However, Sebastian is more than his chiseled form; he is part of an Elite Group of Lycans that will do everything to protect the secrets of Aetheria. Sebastian Devereux is determined to prove to his father that he can lead the Night Riders, a group of Lycans whose existence is considered a legend. So when his father asks him to seduce a mere human, Sebastian agrees without hesitation. Except the woman comes in the form of a small, sarcastic scientist who likes to question everything. A small package of a human being who seems more interested in dissecting him than falling for his charms! What starts as a straightforward assignment becomes a complex dance as Gabrielle's inquisitive nature delves into Sebastian's world. It's all fun and games until a predator starts hunting Gabrielle. Now Sebastian must make a choice: continue his mission and become the leader of Night Riders or protect her with all his heart and soul. ....... Excerpt "I can hear your heartbeat, Gabby," he uttered, his voice deep and husky. Gabby immediately frowned, unimpressed. "What are you insinuating, Mr. Devereux?" she steadied her voice, trying her best not to show the desire that sent shivers down her spine. The thought of him pinning her against the wall almost made her spiral, but she knew this would not end well—for both of them. Instead of giving her an answer, he took a step towards her. "I knew you wanted me, just as I wanted you," he said. Gabby pursed her lips as she tried to take in the small distance between them. She lifted her gaze and stared at his silver-gray eyes. "You must be losing your mind, Mr. Devereux. Being confident is one thing; being arrogant is laughable. Not everyone wearing a skirt likes to spend time in your bed." Some of them wanted to see how fast his wounds heals, she thought as she convinced herself that she was here to study... him. He chuckled, amusement flashing in his eyes. "One, you are not wearing a skirt. Two, I do not want you to spend time in my bed." His gaze darkened as he took another step towards her. "I want you here, right now, in the middle of my office—on my table, on that plush couch, the shower, and against the wall. The bed is for resting, Gabby and trust me, I want to do a lot of things with you, and not one of them involves resting in my bed."

Madbound: Healer's Bane

Amidst an apocalyptic virus, Alona Lim had always been fond of blood and needles. She's considered to be a one in a million genius young doctor. However, she made a decision that had endangered humanity's only hope for survival—risking the last prototype vial on her best friend Harold. Being the risk taker that she was, Alona took even the slimmest chance of her best friend's survival despite the consequences it bear, only to wake up anew in another body. Alona, who was now named as Vera, swore she'll never get involved with medicine ever again and will enjoy her new life with much more action instead of grinding herbs and learning anatomies. But, seeing how these new people have terrible medical services, much less hygiene, had been sending her wits to the edge. Living in a patriarchal kingdom was already stressful as it was, but seeing how years of unbrushed teeth smooch, months of unshowered people shamelessly walk around, cooking ingredients from rat-infested food storage, and everything that checks off of the bucket list on how to spread a plague fast makes her OCD screech the shit out of her system. Medicine was easy, however, there were also different kinds of people who were fond of blood and needles—the "demonic" witches. Being born as a noble lady, the only reason they must get involved with needles are sewing and embroidery. Medical practitioners are only for the men, the "only logical beings." Witchcraft was a big taboo and considered as demonic practice that were associated with women who disobeys their father or husband. Once discovered that one practices witchcraft awaits nothing but grave punishments. But it does not help much when she's straight-up wayward with a calloused heart. As much as Alona shows potential as a medicine practitioner, she had to keep her male disguise, if not, more and more people will rise suspicion with her erudition to heal.

The Saintess, The Villainess, and The Enchantress

In the heart of a vast and fertile land, nestled amidst rolling hills and lush meadows, stood the grand mansion of the De Lolce family. This stately home belonged to Duke Castel and Duchess Aerwyna, a couple whose reputation preceded them throughout the entire nation of Philippeldephia. Duke Castel was celebrated far and wide as the most brilliant scientist in the country, his mind teeming with discoveries that pushed the boundaries of what was possible. In contrast, Duchess Aerwyna was renowned for her culinary prowess, her dishes and baked goods the very definition of perfection, sought after by the elite of the land. Three years into their blissful marriage, their joy knew no bounds when Aerwyna gave birth to triplets. Yet, their happiness was cruelly snatched away when the babies, too weak to survive, passed away shortly after entering the world. The grief was unbearable, and neither Castel nor Aerwyna could reconcile with the tragedy that had befallen them. The halls of their mansion, once filled with dreams of a bright future, were now heavy with sorrow. But Duke Castel, a man driven by the relentless pursuit of knowledge, refused to accept fate’s verdict. One fateful night, he conceived a daring experiment—one that could defy the natural order and bring their children back from the brink of death. In the dim glow of his laboratory, surrounded by beakers and vials of mysterious substances, he worked tirelessly, driven by a desperate hope. Finally, the moment arrived. Castel was on the verge of success, his hands trembling with a mix of fear and anticipation. But in a single, fateful moment, as he reached for the final component, his hand accidentally knocked over a set of strange chemicals. The colorful liquids spilled across the lab table, seeping into the lifeless bodies of the three infants. In an instant, something extraordinary began to happen. The triplets, instead of merely returning to life, started to change. Their small forms absorbed the spilled concoction, and they became something... different. The experiment had gone awry, and the results were beyond anything Castel could have predicted. From that night onward, the De Lolce mansion became the stage for a series of unexpected events, as the once-ordinary lives of Castel and Aerwyna took a turn toward the extraordinary—all because of a single, accidental spill that altered the course of their family’s destiny. Note: This is more like a long script rather than a novel type.
