[Prequel to Checkmate, scheduled to come out late 2025] City Z has a reputation of being the center of ability users in all of Asia, as well as being the homebase of many organisations. Amongst those is Roses; a rising organisation founded by a small group of friends and led by a girl with a seemingly easy going personality. Kang Seojun who had recently turned 20 came face to face with a problem he had been avoiding until the same issue was raised by his younger brother, and that is what is their future going to be? Seeing his friends having their lives planned out, he realised apart from doing whatever his parents wanted, he had never made a decision of his own. In the midst of his dilemma, the leader of Roses approached him with an opportunity to work for them for 3 months, a trial period. The question is, what will this 3 months do for him? Will he find a reason to stay permanently? Will he return to university? And will he, be able to see a future carved out by himself?

Somehow, I don't know how for sure, though, I've been sent to the world of my favorite game, Skyrim. The longer I'm here, the more I notice that this world is real. Not simply realistic, but real. Everything I do has an effect on the world, either good or bad, especially in the case with the storylines. I love Skyrim, but I'm not going to be able to survive here, right? How do I get out? Getting out isn't even the beginning of my problems. The longer I stay here, the more I realize – things are different, and not necessarily for the better. -------------- As embarrassing as this is, this is a Skyrim fanfic. It's probably permanently in progress, as I'm mainly just using it as a drawing board to practice writing storylines for games. Writing it out is just a fun way I've got for going about it. I've also written this in a style so that people who haven't played any of the Elder Scrolls series of games can read it as well. I warn you, though, there's a *lot* of words.
