Legacy of the Lost Throne

Orphaned Alex, a young man with a past shrouded in complete mystery – not even a whisper of family memory – stumbles upon truth as shocking as it is burdensome: he's the last scion of Eldoria, heir to a throne steeped in a truly ghastly curse. Imagine, if you will, the weight of that revelation – a kingdom in ruins echoing in his mind's eye, a legacy of darkness clinging to him like a second skin. He’s not just any prince; he’s the last hope, a flickering candle in a storm. Lord Marcellus, a viper in human clothing, currently holds the reins of power in Eldoria. Ruthless and ambitious, he'll stop at nothing to keep Alex from claiming his birthright, pursuing him with the relentless fervor of a bloodhound on a scent. Alex's escape becomes a desperate flight across treacherous landscapes, a perilous odyssey alongside a motley crew of companions, each with their skeletons rattling in their closets – their own carefully guarded secrets. Guiding him, a spectral whisper in the wind, is the spirit of his mother, Queen Elara. She's a constant, ethereal presence, offering cryptic guidance through the maelstrom. And then there's Raven, an enigmatic thief whose skills prove invaluable, a shadowy figure who adds an intriguing layer of complexity to the already tangled narrative. Their unlikely alliance is forged in the crucible of shared danger, a testament to the strange bonds that can bloom in the face of adversity. But the path to reclaiming his throne isn't merely a physical journey; it's a descent into a family history as dark and twisted as any gothic novel. To break the curse that has blighted his lineage for generations, Alex must confront the vengeful specter of a sorcerer betrayed, a malevolent entity whose rage echoes through the ages. Unraveling the truth about his ancestors, peeling back layer after layer of deceit and treachery, will be a harrowing experience, testing his very soul. The journey is fraught with peril; loyalty is tested, betrayals sting like scorpion bites, and sacrifices must be made. Will Alex succumb to the throne's insidious power, becoming another pawn in the cycle of vengeance? Or can he transcend the darkness, forge his path, and finally break free from the suffocating grip of his family's cursed legacy? "Legacy of the Lost Throne" isn't just a fantasy adventure; it’s a poignant exploration of identity, redemption, and the enduring struggle to escape the long shadow of the past. It's a story that will stay with you long after you turn the final page, a tale as captivating as it is unsettling.

With her wish granted, she was no longer in the 21st century and was instead lost in the middle of the Kingdom of Gladiolum, a place reminiscent of the 1800s. With luck, she soon gained connections to the rich and powerful of this new world— the nobility. However, how much of it was good and how much of it would eventually be detrimental? After all, mingling with royals not only meant extravagance and daily parties. It also meant warfare and death. Caught in the middle of the two princes and other nobles, Alice would soon have to face the battle between those two royal brothers― a fight for the throne. She had wished for adventure, after all, and she received just as such. Kept in the center of all this, would Alice be able to emerge from the rabbit hole unscathed? Or will the overwhelming troubles of love and war be too much for her to bear? *** “And what if you, too, are unable to help?” Alice threw the question back. “What if helping would risk everything?” Spade didn’t miss a beat. “You are everything.” “Don’t say things that you don’t mean,” Alice chided. “You’ll leave a trail of broken hearts.” “And would you believe me if I say that I have no intention of breaking yours?” Spade countered. “However, mine is yours to play with. Shatter it, fix it, do anything you desire. As long as it feels the warmth of your hand, I am content.” *** Image used in cover not mine.

Stolen by the Rebel King

As a princess who could not wield magic, Princess Daphne’s only value to her kingdom was her arranged marriage. The task was simple, but when Daphne was kidnapped and brought to the cold mountains of Vramid, she realized that she was in over her head. She had heard of these cursed mountains before― rocky terrain, freezing temperatures, and the land was ruled by a man feared by many within the continent. King Atticus Heinvres, the blood-thirsty ruler of the North. Even though she had never met him before, tales were spread of King Atticus’s ruthlessness. Some said he was a monster, others claimed he was the devil himself, but whatever the story was, everyone knew of the man who had powers beyond anyone’s imagination. He could topple armies and crumble nations with just one wave of his hand, aided by what others rumored to be a cursed obsidian ring. No one outside of Vramid had ever met the fearsome king before. Not until Daphne. However, upon meeting the formidable man, Daphne found out that the king might not really be the monster others had claimed him to be. In fact, what was hidden under that obsidian shield could just be a diamond in the rough. ― [Excerpt] “Now… where should I put you both?” he asked casually, not expecting a reply. “It’s regretful that I only have one chandelier.” “Underneath my bed? No, no, too dirty. My dust bunnies don’t deserve this,” Atticus mused to himself. “The mantlepiece? How about the vanity table? I suppose if I lop off one of your heads I could mount it over… Wife, which head do you want to stare at while you do your hair?” “Atticus!” Daphne screamed. “I don’t want any heads! Let them go.” “Fair enough.” Atticus shrugged, and flicked his fingers. There were two identical cracks as both necks snapped at once. Daphne gasped, horrified. This man, her husband, had just killed two men with a flick of his finger, as though he was snuffing out candles. “I told you to let them go!” Daphne cried out. “Yes, I let them go,” Atticus said. Then, his eyes darkened. “To receive divine judgment from the heavens.” ― Discord Server: https://discord.gg/7HAMK2bRYU

Temari and the Crown Prince

*art in cover not mine. no copyright infringement intended* Once when she was young, Temari sneaked out to fulfill her dream to see the world outside the walls of the orphanage where she grew up. It was the night when King Maximus died. In that expedition she met a boy a few years older than her. They were young but their connection was strong. Before they part ways they promised to see each other again. They never did. Ten years later, Temari is now an infamous thief, known for fulfilling the requests of rich clientele. This time a mysterious client came to her. She was tasked to steal her greatest bounty to date: a royal family heirloom. Getting caught means automatic death. Just in time for her new adventure, the Kingdom of Mowsland opened the castle doors for women of marriageable age. It is time for the crown prince to choose his future wife. Temari took this opportunity to infiltrate the castle and steal the royal heirloom. Pretending to be one of the women vying to become a princess, she met Rhys Mospick, the crown prince of Mowsland – and the boy she once met when she was young. Stuck in the drama of the competition to become the next queen and confused because of her heated encounters with the crown prince, Temari realized that this mission is more dangerous than she thought. Danger is in every corner of the castle hallways and a shadow has been lurking in the dark, watching her every move. When Temari learned that her mission is actually not just a simple act of theft, that she was just a pawn in a more complicated scheme … it was too late. note: this is a royal romance story with fantasy and adventure. But I would like to inform the readers that this is going to be romance focused. THERE WILL BE CHEMISTRY AND TENSION AND SEXY TIMES ALONG THE WAY *********** ~EXCERPT~ “YOU ENTERED THE WRONG ROOM, MY LADY." Temari felt like a bucket of ice was thrown at her. She froze and her stomach clenched painfully when she heard that voice. She looked at the direction where it came from but it was too dark for her to see anything. “W-where are you?” “Where are you, not who are you, huh. Either you recognize my voice or you know whose room you entered without permission,” he commented. Temari gasped at the implication of his words. “I didn’t enter this room thinking that you will be here! I just…” “Got lost again?” Before she could think of a good excuse, she already saw a shadow move from the darkness. She stopped breathing when she finally saw the Crown Prince walking like a panther toward her, quiet but predatory. Temari’s eyes widened when the light of the lone candle in the corner of the room finally illuminated him. Rhys got rid of his extravagant prince outfit from the royal ball. His shoulder-length blond hair is wet, most of the strands were sticking to the sides of his face and neck. He looked like he just finished his bath. Not only because of his wet hair but because he was only wearing a long white robe, silk pants and nothing else. He was also barefoot. The robe was loosely tied on his waist so his whole muscled chest and abs were exposed. The pants were too thin and hanging low on his hips. Every time he takes a step forward, the material of his pants hugs his thick thighs and – “Loving what you see?” the Crown Prince asked mockingly. Temari quickly lifted her gaze to his face. “Not at all, Your Highness.” Rhys smirked but his forest green eyes remained cold and cruel. “Lying doesn’t suit a well-bred aristocrat’s daughter, my lady.” That was the problem, isn’t it? Temari is not a well-bred lady. She is an orphan and an infamous thief.

Flash Marriage: Shrewd Wife, Devious Husband

***Completed*** "I'll marry you if you promise to kiss me every day." On the harrowing day she lost her family, out of all the men she knew, Marcella didn't expect those words from "Sweet Baby" Tony. She thought he was not interested in her. She had to ask him for the marriage as she wanted to fulfil her sister's last wishes. She got married the day she suffered a horrifying loss. Don DeAngelo's youngest daughter became the wife of Antony Crawford. She didn't wait to think why he wanted to marry her when every men she knew wanted her for who her father was. She trusted him that much. But in a day, she learned that Tony was not so different from other men. What choice can she make? She can throw away the marriage and lose custody of her nephew, or... She chose to be married to him. Their marriage can be a deal. She needed him, he needed her. It's all fine. Except... What does Tony feel? Is their marriage all but a business transaction for him? What is the secret he is hiding? Why can't he reveal it to her? ----- *Excerpt* "We are each our own devil, and we make this world our hell," she said looking into his eyes. The alluring mystique behind those blue eyes made her heart skip a beat. How can she hate and love someone this much? She must be missing a part of her brain. In the silence of the dining room, the candle flickered. The curve of his lips widened and in the romantic ambiance, the thin lines around his eyes gave her a thrill. "Quoting Oscar Wilde?" he chuckled comfortably, leaning forward. "Isn't that true in our case?" she asked. She observed him, trying to digest every single expression on his face. He went silent. His lips pressed to a line. His pensive eyes never left hers except for the few seconds when he placed down his cutleries. She still couldn't guess what goes on in that smart brain of his. It is this, she thought. I am a decently adventurous person. He's an adventure. Maybe that's his allure! "Then, Birdie," he stood up and walked to her. Marcella's back got stiff as she tried to figure out what he was going to do. Also, is that a pet name? Birdie? It's nice. But that came out of nowhere... She followed him with his eyes. He kneeled beside her and held her hand. Only when she felt the warmth of his big hand on hers did she realize that she had been holding her breath for a while. This man is going to be the end of her. It sucks when he does not feel even half of what she feels. "Let's be angels," he kissed her hand. With a smooth smile that reached his eyes, he looked at her. "Let's be each other's angels, and let's make this world our heaven." "You are..." Unable to find any words to say to him, she buried her face in her hand. Her chest was heaving as if she ran a marathon. This man surely is going to be the end of her. "What?" he chuckled while teasing her to show her face. "What am I?" "You're a brute, Mr. Crawford. That's what you are," she said trying to hold her stoic expression to relay her "disapproval" of his methods. But in front of his goofy smile, she lost. She lost, and she didn't feel defeated. She felt delighted in his presence. "Mark my words, Birdie. I am taking you to the White House," he said. Marcella opened her mouth to speak but no words came out. The determination shining in his eyes... He's not talking about a visit to the White House, is he? No way! No f*cking way! Her eyes widened. But he was smiling sweetly as always. He stood up and leaned to her ear. "Let's have today's kiss on the bed," he said. Before she could form a resistance, he picked her up and walked up the stairs. Again, Marcell pondered the one question she's been asking a lot lately. Whom did I marry? ----- Updates will be daily. Please support the book.

His Veiled Mural

[Mature Content. No rape] After Rivienne, the daughter of the Grand Duke Carmillion of the Vassilios Empire, got into a deathly accident at such a young age, everyone thought that she was living in the countryside, getting better in her fragile health. Nevertheless, she became a gorgeous lady and the future monarch of the empire. Yet she wanted nothing but to close her eyes forever and get rid of her existence. Despite her name, her dreams, her hateful family, and her arrogant fiancé, Rivienne wore a mask of innocence, tangling with an assignment, only to protect the imperium from the enemies. But her fated love and the cursed prince who craved her misery and feasted upon it would never have the will to let go of her. Would she be able to break her chains and sore in the sky? Or would she be devil-bound and live as she hated the most? [EXCERPTS] She was burning. She felt her heart thundering. Her ragged breath could melt iron. She fell on her knees when the water was right before her. The fire within her screamed for her to spread their wings, yet she did not want to. The world was not worthy enough for her to destroy.  Sweating buckets, she gasped for the air, facing the ceiling lying on the floor. She wanted to rip off the sticky petticoat along with her skin. Under the dim light of candles, she thought, 'So this is how I die,' She scoffed, gulping. 'This was how Rivienne died without dying,' Perfect! "Oh! Dear," His mocking voice did not even let her finish her life. She eyed him with utter hatred as the angelic man, stained with blood, stopped biting his inner cheek and tossed away the bloody dagger, pushing himself up from the door he was leaning on, watching leisurely. And then he approached his dear painter. "Would you look at this?" He wiped the blood on his unreadable face with the back of his palm and sighed, looking at her. "Get lost!"  She was able to tell him the most important thing. Disappear from my life. Everything was confusing after this man. And he never listened. Still keeping his dull expression, he scooped her with one swift movement as she began to kick him, wiggling, wasting her last drop of energy. It was useless. He shoved her into the bathtub abruptly, imprisoning her beneath him in the icy water.  She kept rebelling against his force, pushing him away and cursing. When the opening occurred, she cupped his neck.  Kill him! Burn him! Her ears echoed.  "... You little!" He gritted his teeth, and his jaw twitched, enduring the monstrous pain she brought. Her lips curved up victoriously and stubbornly when he was defeated. Yet it did not last long. He dipped her in the water in a blink, taking the hand that almost killed him as he clashed his lips with hers, becoming the blizzard for her flaming hell.  *Vote and check out the images of some scenes in paragraph comments. **Cover is mine. The Alpha King’s Unwanted Human Mate

Grey Adulwulf is the Alpha King of Skies pack, with an unfortunate tragic past that made him into the successful, ruthless and powerful Alpha King that he is today. He hates humans with so much passion and has vowed to kill them if he ever comes across them ever again. Unfortunately for him, something tragic unexpectedly happens that turned everything upside down and caused irreversible damages, and the person believed to be behind it turned out to be a human, who coincidentally turns out to be his sought after mate named Lorenzo D’Angelo, whom he rejected and imprisoned. Enzo’s life was rendered miserable after that. The two men hated each other with so much passion, that it burned brightly like a candle in their hearts, morphing into lust and tugging them towards each other despite everything, making Grey– a supposedly straight Alpha King, to feel things he’d rather not feel. This is a story filled with hatred, scotching desires, and so many dark, dark secrets, along with nending misunderstandings, families’ disputes and an unexpected twist that changes everything fast and plunges Lorenzo in the midst of the whole mess, with no one to save him, but Grey. ——•——•——• EXCERPT •——•——•—— My fingers melted into the pale softness of his skin as I glided my hands over his hips to grasp his thighs. Everything about him was so soft, it drove me crazy cause I never expected a male’s skin to feel as soft as clouds, until him. He laid pliant in my bed, and his smaller, fisted hands were obediently splayed at the sides of his head as he regarded me with wide blown eyes, while his teeth dug into his full bottom lip– a set of lips which I’d never tire of tasting. I tightened my grip on his thighs and parted it slowly, and at once, a strong whiff of the ocean and flowers hit me right in the face, pulling a throaty groan right from my guts. As my eyes roamed over every inch of him which was bared before me right now, I almost snarled from the onslaught of possessiveness that settled in my chest. Mine. Mine. Mine. That was all that rang in my head as I lowered my head till I was brushing a kiss at the underside of his thighs while stifling a growl in his meaty skin, because the urge to sink my teeth into his creamy skin and claim him got more intense at that moment. I parted his thighs even more, almost bending him into two, because I was a greedy bastard who wanted to have it all. The rosy bud which had me hypnotized– was glistening delectably, as if calling out to me. Entranced, I watched as a drop of colorless slick slowly trickled out. “Alpha…” The voice was soft, breathless as it pierced through the lust filled haze I was trapped in. When I finally tore my gaze away from the enticing sight in front of me, my gaze locked with Enzo’s. He was leaning on his elbows, blinking large eyes down at me while color dusted his cheeks in a pretty shade of pink. “Why are you looking at it like that?” He voiced out tentatively, color filling out his cheeks even more, and I almost cooed from how cute he was. “D- don’t look! It’s embarrassing.” He added on a whisper as he averted his gaze bashfully, and I got the sudden urge to growl once again, because there was no way this gorgeous, gorgeous boy doesn’t know just how irresistible he currently is. No way at all. “Oh, doll… why am I looking at you like what? Like you’re a meal, hm?”

Lord of the Dark Tower

Update Daily! 9 AM PST ---------------------- Provincial Alliance, Sailport. Bairon Stewart, an unremarkable young mage, resolute in his pursuit to find a cure for his sister's terminal illness, withdrew from the Mage Guild. He ventured into the forbidden, touching upon the objects of the fallen, and embarked on an adventure into the new world. By fortuitous circumstances, he traveled extensively; In the East, he saw a pitch-black maw voraciously consuming the seawater. In the North, he heard the soft murmurs of conversation between two snowy mountains. In the South, he witnessed the pinnacle of the Tree of Life reaching for the heavens, touching the very canopy of the sky. In the West, insects from the depths of the desert conveyed to him the miraculous deeds of the divine. ---------------------- Bells echo beneath the starlit prairie, resonating in all directions. Every corner of the Röntgen Continent hears the tale of the Giant King's triumph over the Elf Queen. Mankind replaced the Elves, dominating the world. The first Giant King, Freljord Montagne, personally wielded his massive hammer, shattering the dark tower and proclaiming the end of the "Millennium Darkness." Elves and Dragons fled to the world's edges. ... Night breezes sweep through the city built of sailboats. "That's it for tonight, Evelyn. Time for bed," in a two-story building, a young man with raven-black hair gently caressed his sister's ashen cheek, a look of tenderness in his eyes. Resting by his knee was a hefty tome titled "Epic of Heroes." The greyish pallor of her face signified a terminal illness known as "Greyscale." "Brother, do Dragons truly exist in this world?" Evelyn inquired. "They do." "Where are they?" "In dreams. Good children dream of Dragons. When you wake, remember to tell me what the Dragon looked like." Blowing out the candle, Bairon Stewart put on his magus ring, a symbol of weaponry, and departed from his home. ---------------------- WSA 2023 Entry! Please show your support if you enjoy the story! Surreal Volition

In the nursery, a gentle figure sat, cradling a baby in her arms. The soothing scent of lavender drifting through the air as the last remnants of daylight faded away. Shadows danced on the walls, created by the flickering of a single candle that stood on a nearby table, casting a soft, golden light over the room. The figure, a mother, began to hum a familiar melody. Her voice low and tender, resonating with love and warmth. The baby's eyes, round and curious, fixated on her face, as if entranced by the soothing sound. Gradually, the hum had turned into soft words as she had begun to sing a lullaby passed down through generations. "♫ ~Fate and Time, with grip firm and tight, Charted our path with designs, not in sight. Their threads of destiny, a tapestry to unfurl, A journey of life, in melancholy, to whirl." Her voice like a balm, wrapping around the child like a warm embrace, seeping into every corner of the room. As the lullaby had unfolded, the baby's eyelids become heavier, slowly succumbing to the pull of slumber. "♫ ~ Oh, Fate and Time, why so callous, Your agenda not aligned with the heart's zealous. Your tides of life, a fateful wave, Against our dreams, they often deprave." The mother gently swayed as she sang, rocking the baby in a tender rhythm that mimicked the comforting beat of her own heart. As the last notes of the lullaby lingered in the air, the baby's eyes finally closed, succumbing to a peaceful sleep. "♫ ~ But in the face of such adversity, We must acquiesce, a life of diversity. Challenges to face, with valor and trust, To rise from the abyss, a resurgence from dust." "♫ ~ Oh, Fate and Time, why so capricious, Your machinations, often deleterious. Yet we persist, with fortitude and gleam, To reach our destiny, and fulfill our dream." The mother gazed at her child for a moment longer, planting a soft kiss on the baby's forehead before tucking the tiny body under a warm, cozy blanket. *** Three chapters a week. Unless told otherwise. Happy reading :)
