Humanity used the Tears to see their stats, the who had 2 kept 1 in case the 1st Awakened ever came back to life, sentimental of course. The 4th Wave of Mana happened as soon as the clock struck midnight on January 1st, 2000. Millions dead, hundreds of thousands Awakened. More Tears of Mana dropped from the sky, as was the case with the Waves of Mana. A certain being was interested in freezing a certain body of someone. And so the 5th Wave of Mana hit exactly 1 century after the 1st, the races joined in an alliance, and a certain being woke in an unfamiliar body.
