Moonbound Fate
When the prophecy foretold the rise of Selene's chosen heir and her fated mate, the world prepared for two destined souls. But on the night of the bleeding moon, three babies were born—and a grave mistake was made.
Abandoned at an orphanage, her wolf sealed for survival, Sumaya grows up in a cruel human world, enduring the torment of bullies and the cold grip of an abusive home. She has no idea who she truly is. Meanwhile, Marrok, her supposed mate, is bound to another—a girl the world believes is the prophesied Moon Child.
But destiny is never so easily rewritten.
When Marrok transfers to Sumaya's school with the girl he believes to be his mate, the bond he thought belonged to another begins to fracture. She's the only person whose mind he cannot read, the only presence that unsettles him in ways he can't explain.
Yet Sumaya, feels nothing in return—no pull, no connection, just an inexplicable tension between them.
But Marrok isn't the only one who had picked an uncanny interest in Sumaya.
Another transfer student, friendly and full of charm, takes an interest in Sumaya. For the first time, someone looks at her like she matters.
But the more Marrok sees them together, the more he realizes he can't stand seeing her with someone else—a realization that shakes the foundation of everything he's ever known.
As jealousy brews and hidden truths begin to unravel, old vendetta rise, enemies lurk in the shadows, and Sumaya's locked power stirs—a power that could change everything.
When the truth finally comes to light, will Sumaya and Marrok be able to rewrite fate, and fulfilled their destiny, or will the world's mistake become their downfall?

Excerpt:
Sumaya moved swiftly through the crowded hallway, her expression neutral despite the irritation simmering beneath the surface. They were at it again.
She could hear their snickers behind her, an irritating buzz that grated on her nerves. Their presence was as persistent as ever, but she had no intention of starting 11th grade with bruises—no matter how quickly they would fade.
Did they have nothing better to do?
She turned the corner, focused on putting distance between herself and the nuisance—only to slam into something—someone.
A sharp gasp filled the air as the girl she had slam into stumbled back, nearly falling. But before she could hit the ground, a strong arm caught her, steadying her effortlessly.
Sumaya barely had time to process what had happened before a sharp voice cut through the murmuring hallway.
“Are you blind? Watch where you’re going!”
The irritated voice belonged to the boy who had just caught the girl. He didn’t even glance at Sumaya, his attention completely on the one in his arms.
I'm sorry," Sumaya said hurriedly, her voice soft but rushed.
Marrok's head snapped toward her.
For a split second, his expression faltered. Her voice. It was too soothing, slipping past his defenses like a whisper against his soul. His brows furrowed.
He should have been able to hear her thoughts, especially after that kind of encounter—her heart was pounding against her ribs. He could sense the unstable emotions rolling off her.
And yet… nothing.
Her mind was utterly silent.
