In the not-so-normal city of Winnipeg, 16-year-old Cedric Greyson discovers his great ability of telekinesis, which had remained dormant for years. It surfaces when he accidentally kills his drunk stepdad in a furious argument. After the unlocking of his gift, Cedric is confronted by Simon Doyle, an elite warrior who introduces him to a secret organization for supernaturals, like him.
