These project is called the NEMESIS Project, and this ended in psychological conditioning, manipulation, and traumatizing in order to understand and control future ALPHAs. In a secret experiment facility, Subjects are subjected to psychological traumas and horrors, while the killers/monsters are set loose upon these people to condition and train them to become agents against their enemies, and also uncover the secrets on creating future ALPHAs. Author-Note: This a horror story, that I based some from the Outlast Trails, only with a more Sci-fi and bio-horrors spin to it.
