He later finds out that this world is completely different from the novel. He never trusted it anyway. His fate seemed to be playing with him. Nothing went according to plan. It felt like he was dancing in the palm of someone’s hand. He felt that he was merely a pawn in a higher entity’s game. It frustrates him.
