The Wind is set in a reconstructed world after a cataclysm that occured 50 years before the start of the story. This cataclysm occurred due to an anomaly in the Earth's core, which caused a release of a lot of energy that changed the Earth's geography and killed 70% of the population. Apart from these misfortunes, the energy coming from the core was spread into the air caused the fauna and even humans to change over the years, humans called this energy "Eleth", thanks to this new kind of energy persons developed afinities to some elements or basiclly "Nature things".
