Sentinels Xmen

Mystic Mystery. Case (01) The Forbidden Patience.

Synopsis: Limited by knowledge due to royal restrictions yet filled with curiosity since birth, Orin Mystiq tackles the mysteries unfolding in one of the most enigmatic places on Wanderlust: Ouroboros. Here, natural, mystical laws don’t function as expected—and what does work is cranked up to eleven. While Orin can negate several mystical laws and zealously solve mysteries beyond everyone’s comprehension, normal means alone aren’t enough to crack this case. A touch of humankind becomes essential—an element Orin finds utterly monotonous. To shore up his weaknesses and navigate the labyrinth of human involvement, he seeks wisdom from the foremost expert on Wanderers: Hem Lock, a Sentinel burdened by his own demons, manifested in the form of twins, assigned to him as subordinates. Together, they compensate for each other’s shortcomings, delving deeper into the mystical mechanics of Mystica to solve the world’s first “Mystic Mystery." ———||———{{-_-}}———||——— Power System :: TOSHI : An ancient word for beings that have evolved through the essence of any given energy. Sub category :: HARVYX : The ability to utilize another’s accumulated power as one’s own, either through technology or biology. • Inspired by Harvest and Vyx (a stylized twist on leeching or siphoning) = Suggests the harvesting of power from others, either temporarily or permanently. Ornyx = Artifacts. (Ornyxes -- plural) Wanderer = Humans Mystica = mystical creatures. ———||———{{-_-}}———||——— Lure: Dreams and whispers shape this realm, filling it with prophecies, myths, bizarre creatures, and... magic! If you have ever heard or seen the unthinkable, then you must have dream-walked into this realm at some point. Welcome to Wanderlust. A place for dreamers, made up of dreams…. ———||———{{-_-}}———||——— Dedicated To: To Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the brilliant mind behind Sherlock Holmes, whose work sparked my love for mysteries. Note: I am nowhere near that talented, nor is this story anywhere close to such brilliance. But his work ignited my passion for mystery, which I have fused with my muse and created something unique. So… welcome to the world of "Mystic Mystery." Check out other works set in this world on Omnivex. ———||———{{-_-}}———||——— One-line description: Orin Mystiq finds humankind monotonous, while Hem Lock finds Mystica mysterious. When a case involves the deepest, darkest secrets of Mystica, alongside the inconvenient complications created by Wanderers, they must work together to solve the world’s first Mystic Mystery. The Last Patriot

The Second World War ended not in fire, but in compromise. A fragile peace was forged between the United States, the Soviet Union, and the Third Reich after Germany conquered most of Europe. With the formation of a United Nations dominated by four veto powers—USA, USSR, TR, and UK—the world avoided mutual destruction. But beneath this uneasy alliance, a new war brews: not for land or ideology, but for superiority of the human race itself. In the ashes of the old war, the Third Reich unveils Eric, a being born and bred in a laboratory—faster than bullets, stronger than tanks, and presented as the "true potential of the Aryan race." As panic ripples across the globe, the U.S. rushes to respond. Led by brilliant scientist Natalie, the CIA initiates Project Liberty, transforming returning war hero Logan into the American Sentinel—a patriotic symbol of hope in a world sliding toward chaos. In the East, the USSR crafts its answer: Nikolai, a guilt-ridden airman haunted by his past, is reborn through a pain-fueled transformation into the Red Guardian—a reluctant savior torn between duty to his nation and love for his family. As these superpowered icons rise, so do the shadows behind them: Greta, Eric's manipulative handler, schemes to rule the Reich as his empress. Rebecca, Logan’s estranged wife, seeks a life untouched by war’s long reach. Boris, a Soviet general, treats Nikolai as little more than propaganda. And hidden in the Arctic ice lies a secret that predates even Eric—the First Superman. When a global summit descends into fear and threats, and world leaders start falling mysteriously, it becomes clear that peace was only a pause. Eric seizes power in Germany and launches a new wave of conquest—first in the East, then West—threatening to turn the Earth into his empire. Caught in a three-way war between fascism, communism, and democracy, Logan and Nikolai must confront not only each other, but the deeper truth: Are they heroes of their nations, or prisoners of their flags? In the ruins of Moscow, as Eric stands poised to conquer all, the final battle will decide more than the fate of the world—it will determine what it means to be human in an age of gods.

The Astral soul system

a calamity once shook the earth and made it seem like extinction of all was certain however amidst the ashes of destruction the earth sudden awakened a latent power which seeped out from its core, transforming the earth and it's inhabitants and granting humans miraculous powers called ABILITIES which were powered by the energy which humans had evolved to harness. plants and animals on the other hand continuously evolved into terrifying beasts with slight semblance to their weaker predecessors. Now, over 3000 years later a mysterious young boy surrounded by strange circumstances,a past shrouded in mystery , and an unusual aura surrounding him finds himself with a mysterious system and in the prestigious sentinel military academy now with a new unknown ally in the form of the system Zen is on a mission for so much more than he knows. will he succeed? especially with literal and figurative ghosts from his past coming back to haunt them and pieces of their mysterious past coming to haunt him? ( wait did i say "them" and "their"? oops spoilers!) [important message] okay so the novel starts out a bit slow with little to no action scenes and more about providing info on the world and the MC Also, truth is i was confused about what to put as a warning notice or whether to put one at all because although the novel might contain some salty language there's really nothing too extreme. also I'd like to guarantee that there are no smut scenes. there might be some times when it almost happens or it did and I might not just go into it in detail or skip it altogether. plus there might be some times with extreme gore and torture both physical and psychological (mostly psychological) especially considering I want who as far as you know is the MC and most characters surrounding him to be as heartless as possible , and I want it to be clear that the MC is by no means a good person and won't hesitate to do some morally questionable stuff to achieve his goals, although not without reason. one last thing is that at first it might seem like I'm trying to make him powerful from the start for no reason but it's mostly due to specific circumstances. okay bye!

Fated To The Triplet Alphas, Claimed By Destiny

She was never meant to have a life of her own. Or so they said. She was the adopted omega in a family that never truly wanted her. Her adopted parents , the (Beta or Setinels)of the pack, treated her like dirt, forcing her to believe that she had killed her real parents. She never knew the truth.  One night, they made her lie. “Take the blame,” they told her. “If you don’t, you know what will happen.” She didn’t want to do it, but the punishments they promised were worse. So she agreed, claiming she had stolen the family’s money — money her adopted parents had already promised to repay. Only later did she learn the truth. Their real daughter, Mirabel, had been promised to pay off a debt, and they had used her as a scapegoat instead. She tried to tell the truth, screaming and begging for someone to believe her. But no one did. In the end, she was cast out of the only home she had ever known and forced to work as a maid for the Alpha’s family. She was the girl who scrubbed the floors and served their meals, while her adopted sister, Mirabel, lived her dream as the perfect Beta’s or Sentinels daughter and the future Luna. The Alpha’s triplet sons — Alec, Damon, and Zephyr — were always by Mirabel’s side, showering her with smiles and gentle touches. They were everything she wasn’t. She envied her. She envied the way they looked at Mirabel. But they only looked at her with hate. “You’re nothing,” Damon would say, his dark eyes cold. “You don’t belong here,” Zephyr would sneer. Alec didn’t bother with words. His disgust was plain every time she crossed his path. She accepted it because she thought that was her place in the world. But on the day of her 18th birthday, everything changed. The pack healer called her aside after the moon ritual. “Your mate is one of the Alpha’s sons,” the healer told her. She laughed, shaking her head. “That’s not possible.” But her wolf knew the truth, deep inside. One of the triplets was hers. She tried to hide it. She didn’t want them — they hated her, and she hated them too. But the bond wouldn’t let her go. When the triplets found out, they cornered her in the woods. Alec’s voice was ice. “You? Our mate? That’s a cruel joke.” Damon’s lips curled in a snarl. “I will never accept you. Never.” Zephyr’s eyes flashed with anger. “We don’t want you, omega. Remember that.” Their rejection cut deeper than any wound. But that night, she understood something. If the Moon Goddess tied them together, there was a reason. And if they didn’t want her, she could make them pay for it — while still claiming them for herself. She wouldn’t reject them. No. She would make their lives a living hell. She would haunt their dreams and drive them to madness. Because she had nothing left to lose. And maybe… just maybe… she could make them love her in the end.

SENTINEL: Echoes of Aethelburg

In the hyper-advanced, gleaming metropolis of Aethelburg, powered by the coveted and volatile Aetherium, the clandestine agency SENTINEL stands as the city's shield against myriad threats. Here, the lives of two exceptional teenagers are unexpectedly intertwined. Kaelen "Kael" Vance, a brilliant but socially oblivious tech whiz, is accidentally thrust into the perilous world of espionage, his natural genius for hacking and gadgetry making him an unconventional yet invaluable asset. He's partnered with the agency's prodigy, Seraphina "Sera" Sterling, the highly disciplined and strategically-minded adopted daughter of SENTINEL's formidable Director. Initially, the pair are like oil and water: Sera, the meticulous star pupil, is often exasperated by Kael's impulsive methods and disregard for protocol, while Kael finds her uptight and overly critical. However, as they are forced to collaborate on increasingly dangerous missions, their clashing styles begin to forge an undeniable synergy. Beneath Sera's professional and sometimes stern exterior lies a deeply caring and shy individual, whose sharp critiques of Kael often mask her growing concern for his safety – a concern Kael, in his charming obliviousness, consistently misinterprets. Together, they must defend Aethelburg from a rising tide of enemies: from "The Unseen Hand," a shadowy organization of disillusioned ex-agents aiming to dismantle SENTINEL from within; to a vengeful master hacker known as "Glitch" bent on crippling the city's digital heart; the anti-technology "Luddite Legion" seeking to drag the city back to a simpler era; and "The Curator," a mysterious figure manipulating events for ultimate control. While navigating deadly external threats and uncovering unsettling internal conspiracies that whisper of SENTINEL's own "dark history," Kael and Sera must also grapple with the complex, slowly blossoming feelings between them. Their journey is one of rivalry evolving into romance, confronting the burden of exceptional talents, and fighting to protect their home, even as its foundations are threatened by secrets and betrayals.
