"Hush, don't make a sound," her voice cracked. "You can do this for Mommy, right?" Cara nodded her little head. She knew it was what her mother needed from her, even though she didn't understand why. Her mother kissed her on the chick, and then quickly pushed her into the vent. Liquid metal materialized from her hand and sealed the vent, making it look like it couldn't be opened. That was the last memory she had of her mother. True to her words, she never uttered a single word in the presence of anyone. She couldn't protect her family then, but she promised to get stronger and avenge them. Until then, she would be silent plotting the demise of all those who hurt the ones she loved.

Manny is a troublesome child that takes pleasure in tormenting insects and animals. He meets his nemesis when he attacks the bees of The Honey Great hive, badly injuring their queen. After giving him seven days to turn a new leaf and he fails the quest, the animal system is Unleashed on him that turns him into a bee. He is to serve his time working for the bees, learning how to be a bee and feeling the pain of a bee. He is to continue this in rotation with all the animals he has hurt till he turns a new leaf. In return, he is also rewarded with real life rewards like intelligence, smartness and strength, which he can use in the real world to fight his enemies. When he morphs back into his body as a boy, he is also given quests that he has to complete with mouthwatering rewards. He does this, in rotation amongst all the animal and insect kingdom until he truly learns to be empathetic and he gathers new powers. The government announces an apocalypse and gives citizens measures to be safe. But it is not enough as demons have begun to evade the city. He seeks the help of the animals plus the powers he has amassed from his system and he tries to defeat the apocalypse and more!

This little book, this short collection of short stories, wasn't made to conquer the world. It was created to send a message, to reach people, to whisper in their ears with just one short phase: "I exist". All these stories hace just that in common, that whisper.
