During the dawn of the Cold War, the 33rd President funded a special shadow operations in the hope of creating superhuman agents with special abilities, to combat the threats against North America's Eastern enemies. But these experiments on human Subjects, resulted in the creation of psychotic monsters, vicious and insane killers, that sparked the desire of this group to reproduce more of these monsters, as they research and observe these monsters in order to create and control them, as weapons and agents against their enemies. These project is called the NEMESIS Project, and this ended in psychological conditioning, manipulation, and traumatizing in order to understand and control future ALPHAs. In a secret experiment facility, Subjects are subjected to psychological traumas and horrors, while the killers/monsters are set loose upon these people to condition and train them to become agents against their enemies, and also uncover the secrets on creating future ALPHAs. Author-Note: This a horror story, that I based some from the Outlast Trails, only with a more Sci-fi and bio-horrors spin to it. With these files are explaining the starter of the NEMESIS Project, and backstory of the main characters of this story, to spread this tale and popularity, I hope that people like this and help in the creation and development of this novel.

You know I'm just trying to lighten the mood. You're so serious all the time." He pushed off the wall, his movements fluid and graceful, and took a step closer to her. Ava's hands clenched into fists, her voice firm. "This isn't a game, Ethan. Our lives are at stake. We can't afford to make mistakes." She tried to sound convincing, but her eyes kept drifting to his, and she couldn't help but notice the way his eyes crinkled at the corners when he smiled. Ethan's expression turned innocent, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "Who says I'm not taking it seriously? Maybe I'm just trying to distract you from the tension between us." He raised an eyebrow, his gaze fixed on hers, and Ava felt her heart skip a beat. "There's no tension, Ethan. We're just allies in this marriage pact," she lied, trying to sound convincing. But her voice was barely above a whisper, and Ethan's knowing gaze made her feel like he could see right through her. Ethan's chuckle was low and husky. "Keep telling yourself that, Ava. But I see the way you look at me sometimes... like you're trying to resist a temptation." He took another step closer, his eyes locked onto hers, and Ava felt her pulse race. "I don't know what you're talking about," she lied again, trying to sound convincing. But her eyes darted away, betraying her. Ethan's whisper was soft, his breath caressing her ear. "Oh, but I think you do, Ava. And soon, you'll have to admit it." His words sent shivers down her spine, and Ava knew she was in danger of falling for her husband's charms, even though she refused to admit it. Isis walked slowly into the bathroom, her heart beating with unease. She heard muffled voices, followed by soft chuckles. Her steps faltered. The voices were familiar — a man’s deep tone mixed with a woman’s gentle laughter. A cold feeling crept through her chest. She recognized them, but she desperately hoped she was wrong. With trembling hands, she moved closer to the door, the sounds becoming clearer. Her breath caught as she gently pushed the door open. The sight before her made her freeze in shock. Barry, the man she loved and planned to propose to, stood in the small bathroom, holding Melisa — her friend. His lips, smudged with lipstick, confirmed what words couldn’t. Time seemed to stop as her gaze locked on them. A wave of pain shot through her, leaving her numb. The door creaked under her shaky hand, drawing their attention. Barry spun around, panic flashing in his eyes. “I… I can explain,” he stammered, wiping at the lipstick on his mouth with trembling fingers. Isis felt hot tears roll down her cheeks. Her vision blurred, her chest tightened, and without a word, she turned and ran.

I made a story. It was a mess of ideas strung together with hopes and dreams. Wrote about a few thousand words on it, then completely forgot about it to focus on my other works. I never should've added more things to it. Why? I suddenly woke up inside of the story as a nobody that has absolutely nothing useful to survive in this place. Well, at least I know the location of the most important item in the universe that was made by God itself. One small issue though... I need to not get noticed by... all of them...
