Vault of Divine Madness
The twins, Vansis and Selvia Blake, were an odd duo by any standard. Bound by a peculiar quirk of fate—or some family curse no one dared to question—they couldn’t die permanently if killed by each other.
It was, to their credit, an extraordinarily convenient ability for two siblings whose idea of quality time involved trying to stab, strangle, or otherwise "fatally incapacitate" one another. They called it training. Everyone else called it concerning.
But things started to go south after their father's "peaceful" demise. And their uncle, the only other member of the family, vanished—To add fuel to the flames, the underground of Mesopotamia began to stir.
And that was not all, following the father's very conveniently placed will, they find themselves in an underground altar that they swear was not there yesterday.
But oh boy was the surprises far from over—Selvia, against Van's very obvious don't do it signs, touched a glowing too tempting not to touch.
Now whisked to another world against their will, the twins must fight hard to survive with a strange power they got from the runes etched on the back of their hands. But just a slight problem, Selvia decided to take a long nap—And it was up to Vansis to boot her back up.
(Author's note: This work is still under construction and I hope to receive your feedback about any ideas you have. I will try my best to add it into the story. However, it won't be updated for some time since I've got a novel I have to complete beforehand.)
