Khan Teijin
Teijin is just one man in a city of thousands, and yet his name is forever echoed throughout the halls of the rich and in the streets of the poor. As a threat to the world of the higher-ups and for giving far too much hope to those masses of downtrodden, Gray is exiled. On the day of his exile, a man asks when he will return, and Gray, the great Khan of the city, the lord of beggars, vows to return "with all the glory of ten thousand men."
