The ordinary yet not so ordinary detective, Wen Wen, woke up in a mental hospital and discovered that his right hand was connected to a mysterious space called the 'Catastrophe Containment Facility,' from which he could acquire the powers of the monsters imprisoned within! By capturing a vampire, he gained a formidable physique; By capturing a ghost, he could turn invisible and pass through walls; By capturing a fox spirit, he could charm the opposite sex... In short, in order to obtain more powerful abilities, Wen Wen began to diligently capture monsters, thereby stepping into the strange world of superpowers and seeing the hidden truths behind the curtain... ... PS1: Inspiration partly comes from the Cthulhu Mythos and the SCP Foundation, but I'm only borrowing some elements, not a direct copy, and I hope everyone likes it.

Everything was going well until the scientists were not able to contain this energy anymore. With the scientist unable to contain the energy any longer, the energy was exposed to humans and started to spread all over the world. This energy once exposed to humans, triggered a profound awakening within them. Magic Cores, enigmatic artifacts emerged as a result. These magic cores, harnessed by the power of cutting-edge technology, became the focal point of fascination. They were found to contain incredible attributes, granting those who possessed thrm extraordinary abilities. From enhanced strength to heightened senses, the cores unlocked a world of untapped potential. As news of the cores spread, people from all over the world found themselves in possession of these magic cores. It became apparent that humans were not limited to just one magic core; they were able to awaken multiple magic cores, each representing a different attribute and skills. This newfound power reshaped the world as individuals discovered their unique abilities and sought to understand the true nature of these magic cores. The humans who were able to control this power became known as Soulforgers, and the power of these magic cores is called Soulforge. Amidst all the excitement and wonder, a mystery still remained. Where did this power come from. What is the mysterious energy that is contained in these magic cores? Scientists and Soulforgers still continue to learn more about this power. With this new discovery, the world suddenly changed.

So to begin, this is technically a skyrim fanfic. Why isn't it in the fan-fics then? Simple! It's based on a game and I don't feel that counts as a fan-fic. Second, I've read like a few skyrim stories here lately. I liked them, as a bethesda fan boy... Well, now I need to take a crack at it. I literally start a new game of skyrim every new year. Its my tradition, so I felt I had to do this. If its bad, ah well. If its good, GREAT! Overall though, I feel we need more skyrim based stories or fan-fics. It has the perfect setting for the transmigration genre. Now read at your own risk.
