To Nych Ares, life is but an ephemeral. So every moment for her counts, and she strongly believes that she—who was given the chance to live, should also live with a purpose. One at least that will prove the essence of life against all odds. However one morning, she meets the Odysseus Dimitrius, a notorious suicidal maniac, who is concluded to be ‘No Longer Human’. In an attempt to derail his belief, Nych embraces him with her optimism, only to be bounded in chains with his addictive drug. One that Odysseus believes to be is a silver’s allure—one that’s solely his.

Meet Chelsy Powers, a very smart and intelligent girl so unlucky in love and family. She decides to leave her hometown to a new city after being evicted from her brother’s house, chastised by her community and disappointed by the love of her life. Before leaving for a new city, she makes up her mind to go camping on the mountain for a few days in order to let go of her frustration and pain. At the mountain, she comes across a stranger with a twisted ankle, seeking help. Will helping this stranger be the gate way for Chelsy’s revenge or an unleashed inferno? Will Chelsy be able to handle the new and complex world she finds herself in?

An assassin who goes by the name Minji, was the leader of the 검은 장미 (The Black Rose) until they died by an unknown threat. Upon arriving in Hell, Minji was offered an opportunity to get revenge in exchange for her soul. She accepts and now roams the Earth looking for a purpose in life.
