They are called "Accursed" due to the children ending up having shining red eyes and frightening battle capabilities with a tattoo the glows ominously. They are half human and half monster/beast. Just one of these children are worth a thousand men. Though they aren't that many considering the final test to be complete is a battle royale and the last 5 standing get to be sent out to the battlefields. The Children are sold as slaves to different countries and are used as tools of war. They have no free will due to the collars they wear that acts as a crest they will punish and torture the child should they misbehave or refuse a direct order.

Those who were lucky enough to live through that, were to be slaughtered for their blood at age twenty-five in an act to make sure that our population would stay under control. I was born into this world. Born into this world full of blood-sucking monsters. Except, i was one of the lucky ones. It all ended for me when I was 14.
