Otherwise, I’ve got a heist to plan, and you’re killing my vibe." The being’s form seemed to shimmer with frustration, its divine presence wavering. Kael never asked for this. He was just a space thief pulling jobs to get by, maybe earn a little notoriety. But one botched heist later, he’s betrayed, shot in the back, and wakes up not dead—but in Hell itself.
