Upon discovering his rebirth in the world of Danmachi, and having an understanding of its future, he couldn’t just sit still and let Fate work its hand.

Then The True Simulator System descended onto his soul, a gift from the Great Goddess Athena, who had once peeked into the future centuries ago, admiring his past life’s efforts and blessing him from afar.
And so the future became full of many uncertainties, yet even if they all would perish, Corlain Ljos Alf wouldn’t have it any other way.

“I want to fight against Fate, that means anything related to Fate shall be discarded, which means that I will already try to kill The One Eyed Black Dragon, your request falls into the fate I set for myself, which also means you are obliging to Fate- Thus, I refuse and will have you request something else.”
“…Then, how about you marry me?” 7 year old Ais rolled her eyes in sarcasm at 7 Year Old Corlain… Yet this was the one request she shouldn’t have made.
“Okay. Seeing as you were fated to Marry Bell Cranel, and the fact this gave me a new form of inspiration to fight against Fate, I accept this request.”
“No- wait… huh? I’m too young to get married!” She looked at him in disbelief and attempted to back out of her deal.

“Don’t tell me to follow my Pre Arranged Fate when that’s something you don’t do yourself! I refuse to marry you!”
“Your Logic is flawed! By telling me what to do, you would be trying to use Fate against me! Thus your refusal to marry me is refused! You are destined to marry me!”
“So you are saying your Fate is to fight against Fate, but you won’t let me do the same?! I refuse to accept this! I will never marry you!”
“Fate cannot control this man, you heathen! You are my wife now, and you must accept this! Get ready, we shall soon escape this forest and head to Orario! The Dungeon awaits us Darling~!”
