However, fate has a way of bringing them back together under more favorable conditions, and a deal is made for her to move in with him. But as she begins to live with the Tribrid, she realizes that there's more to him than meets the eye.

Their duty was to seek out the remaining vampires and rid the world of their malevolence. As time passed, the horrors of the vampire war faded into myth and legend. The once terrifying creatures of the night became the stuff of bedtime stories, and the angel's intervention morphed into a distant fable. The Headsman's tales were now shared around campfires, woven with exaggeration and disbelief. once my grandfather, who always speaks the truth, told me that life is not a fantasy like the bedtime story of the little prince and that you should take it seriously. He said that if you die, you die. While I agree with the first part of his advice that life is more than a fantasy, I don’t agree with the second part. from my veiw or better to say according to my experience, death is not an end but rather a beginning full of buzzing body, headaches, sword wounds, sadness, and happiness. Sometimes you have to draw a big wrong line on all the physical laws you learned in school. For me, life and death are like sitting on a merry-go-round of fantasy. Every day is a new adventure waiting to be discovered. And even though there are times when things get tough and it feels like the world is against you, there’s always hope. Hope that tomorrow will be better than today. Hope that one day we’ll find our happily ever after. But what if our happily ever after wasn’t what we thought it was? What if it was something more? Something beyond our wildest dreams? What if our lives were just one chapter in a much larger story?
