Star Ocean Second Story Endings

Scelestus Star

This is the tale of June Marson, a young man in his early twenties torn between his fractured past and his smothering present, within a decaying city caked in grime . June is haunted by a lack of self-worth, deep-seated guilt, and the pressure of expectations from his family. Outside his window, the city throbs alive as he wrestles with his demons, trying to change slowly: loud, chaotic, indifferent-a reminder of another set of dreams he once had but which he can no longer touch. Haunted by his own mistakes and the weight of past decisions, Juno attempts to make amends with his estranged mother and work through his complex relationship with Heather-a mysterious woman who seems to have secrets of her own-but he finds his isolation and paranoia worsening. Confronted by his own demons, reality and delusion begin to blur in a spiral of crime and self-doubt. Juno's is a story of redemption, defeat, and the quest for meaning in a world seemingly out to consume him. As Juno stands before the city-so full of paradoxes and lies-he knows his next step will be a choice between continuing the role of "dark horse" or breaking the vicious circle and becoming the person he has wanted to be all this time. STAR STRUCK

Synopsis: My name is Seline Sylvester, and I’m a therapist. I started my career in hopes of helping others heal, of offering solace to those lost in their own minds. But little did I know, I was only running away from my own pain. My boyfriend, Adams, left me broken, and no amount of professional success could fill the emptiness he left behind. Then, everything changed when I was assigned to treat Jason Schneider. He’s not your typical patient—he’s a 32-year-old heir to a billion-dollar empire, seemingly impervious to everything I’ve ever encountered. Aloof, guarded, and carrying an air of mystery, Jason doesn’t fit the mold of someone who would seek therapy, much less need it. He’s more interested in playing games than talking about his feelings, and his wealth only makes him more untouchable. But I can’t help it. Something about him draws me in, a challenge I can’t resist. The more I try to understand Jason, the more secrets I uncover—secrets that make me question everything I thought I knew about myself and about the world I live in. As I dive deeper into his psyche, I realize I might be facing something far more dangerous than I ever imagined. I’m caught between my professional duty and the undeniable pull I feel toward him. Star Struck is my story—a journey of healing, discovery, and the fine line between helping someone and losing yourself in the process. Will I break through his walls? Or will I find myself unraveling in the process?

The Second Husband

Charlotte Bourbon, a 19-year-old widow, was happy in her life after she got married to the man of her dreams. However, because of a sudden illness, her husband died within a month, and Charlotte's life came to a sudden halt. ‘She became the curse for her husband that he died young.’ ‘She is the one, who killed her husband.’ ‘She should have died with her husband.’ Numerous such things Charlotte would hear from the people around her in the palace when she decided to take her life. However, was it that easy to die? Édouard Bourdillon was the eldest son of King Christian Bourdillon of the Kingdom of Escana. He decided to marry the widow of his late younger brother so that he could take over the Beromont territory which his brother possessed. But was this the only reason he wanted to marry Charlotte? ~~~~~~~~ "What are you doing?" Terrified Charlotte asked as she saw Édouard unbuttoning his shirt. "I am hot, so I am taking off the shirt," Édouard said and reached for the last button. "But it's cold weather," Charlotte said and knitted her brows. "Not here, Charlotte. Your mere presence around me makes me hot," Édouard said and took off the shirt. "Ahhh!" Charlotte quickly brought her hands in front of her eyes and covered them. From the gaps between her fingers, she peeked out of curiosity. A lump formed in her throat as she saw his perfectly carved body with a few scars on the chest and near the abdomen. Charlotte saw him approaching her and she tightly shut her eyes. A few seconds later, when she realized everything was so quiet, she opened her eyes again and found him before her. She promptly moved back and hit the wall behind her. She thought to leave the room when Édouard caged her petite body between his arms. "Are you going to—" "Yes. I want to be wild with you tonight, Little Cherry," Édouard said with a smirk, and the next second, he lifted her in his arms. ~~~~~ *Cover art is mine.
