This is based on a character's POV called Hitaro. She may seem like an ordinary girl but she has some pretty dark secrets. Her father is non other than the Shredder himself and her mother was a mutant. This gives her the ability to tranform into a dragon mutant, which allows Hitaro to control any element she wishes (fire, water, electric and more). That is until she meets a blue clad turtle who will mostly likely change her attitude towards her father. Read to find out what happens!

Both Ben and Rook are orphans, where Tetrax trained them to become the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At 18 years old, Ben and the Galactic Guardians decides to come to Earth, where they met the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based from DCAU, but I've rebooted the story, plus I've combined it with Ben 10's Universe, the DC Universe, and TMNT's Universe)
