In a secret experiment facility, Subjects are subjected to psychological traumas and horrors, while the killers/monsters are set loose upon these people to condition and train them to become agents against their enemies, and also uncover the secrets on creating future ALPHAs. Author-Note: This a horror story, that I based some from the Outlast Trails, only with a more Sci-fi and bio-horrors spin to it. In the trial itself, he faces his own guilt and pain in the form of twisted, monstrous versions of his family. But through the power of his newly awakened Flame Aura, Sakuchi conquers his past, rises from the ashes, and claims his newfound power.

I know stories about weak protagonists who are banished, treated like trash, and then suddenly gifted immense power are common in novels today. While Chozen may share some similarities, I assure you—it’s different. Unlike others who receive power out of nowhere, Chozen was born with a system called Kaido, but he couldn’t use it due to strict requirements. His journey to strength isn’t instantaneous; he must endure gruesome trials to earn every ability. And here’s the twist—each new trial seals off all the abilities he gained in previous ones, forcing him to survive with nothing but his wit and willpower. Every mistake could lead to death.
